256GB with Zeiss lens. I got the monogramming on the lens since the system said it wouldn’t impact the delivery date. Had the glitches with appointment times closing but got lucky the 3rd time. 2/2 pickup at the local Apple Store at 5 pm. Will shop for accessories between now and pickup.

In store appointments are still available within the first few days of launch.
Can you use a different card to get your order in and then contact Apple to change media ?
Gift cards have been an issue on this pre-order.
Ya, I got impatient. The Gift Card was $1000 so it takes me a long time to burn through that much in a balance.
Just did the process over again, and got 2/2 shipping for 512/med/med/22w.
I wonder how different 21w and 22w are… and which one is right!
Got mine in! Was originally going to do Apple Card 12-month payments but it kept failing, so ended up just paying in full. Anyone else run into something similar?

Reminds me of the original iPhone. I had that thing for 2-3 weeks before I could change my carrier and activate it. It sat on my nightstand and all I could do was the slide to unlock but nothing else.
You can always contact Apple customer support and they can change payment type and apply it to a 12 month payment plan.
Mine placed within 5 minutes of opening was able to get Apple Card financing.
I already called and they said they could not do it. I wonder why?
