Uh oh. Max has been summoned to the stewards and could be disqualified for the Mexico race.

Ok not really but it’s pretty funny. As a Max supporter I can appreciate the joke. As Max would say; simply lovely.

Love him, hate him, Max is exactly the villain F1 needs at this point, he is doing exactly what the brand of F1 needs.. We went through way too many seasons of dull, of this or that driver that just showed up, and won, from pole, won from pit lane starts, had rules bent for their pleasure.. and it was dull.. Even the extra point was added to maybe have a new winner..

F1 uses a lot of gimmicks to try and add spice, that was removed through regulation, the cars changed, and the racing changed, some teams adapted better and won, others whined and whinged, had rules/regulations changed, they started winning, now on the cusp of brand new car regs, going away is the bonus point for fastest lap..

Maybe the fastest lap should be retained, but only revealed at the conclusion of the last race, all 24 points revealed after the race podium.. Than "one more thing "TM"... Max is not winner winner chicken dinner, he lost by 1 point, Perez stole the point..or William's.. You get the drift, twist in the tale.. Insane..

Yup, although it looks like they've hired McMahon and are rerunning the play book of the WWWF/WWF/WWE. Can't beat the greatest on the track, then let's beat him off the track. It certainly feels all very scripted, especially this year.

I agree he makes the sport a bit more interesting as there is nobody quite like him on the grid. I think he’ll be remembered as a great driver but also for his poor sportsmanship and radio meltdowns. There would be certainly a lot less to talk about without him.

So Charles gets a 10K fine for saying "...I was like ****!", and Max gets community charge for saying "...my car is ****ed". Way to go FIA!!! I really don't mind people being punished after contravention of rules (although it is 2024, use of language is a bit from the middle ages), but when you do, please be consistent.

I’m watching and trying to figure out what the strategy is of McLaren? Why is Norris defending against Leclarc? Sorry but that is Oscar’s job. Only Norris has a chance. It’s crazy. 🤷‍♂️

I mean as a Max fan I don’t mind. But I do like Norris, this is crazy and they seem to be leaving it to late and are trying to please both drivers. It’s becoming an issue as leclerc is now too close to Lando.
