3.1 beta 4 or GM this week?

Not sure why so many people refer to the MMS...I agree with those saying 3.1 will have nothing to do with MMS...it is all up to AT&T...I am in France and MMS works fine since 3.0 release as my local provider (SFR) provides the MMS capabiity while AT&T does not...
I would rather like to see some discussions about what major update would 3.1 bring?

It was not working for me until I did todays Safari update - now it works fine (I emptied cookies, history etc and that did not help until the update with reboot)

Beta 1- 6:12 p.m.
Beta 2- 6:12 p.m.
Beta 3- 2:54 p.m

lol you do the average between the times and it tell you when MMS and 3.1 will be released.

Well based on the previous release times I think beta 4 will be released tomorrow just to average everything back out to 2 weeks and on a Tuesday
Huh? Tomorrow's wednesday.
Beta 1 - Tuesday
Beta 2 - Tuesday
Beta 3 - Monday
He's saying beta 4 will be out tomorrow, Wednesday, because Apple is OCD and wants to make up for that one day early that beta 3 was released.
I might be wrong so let me know if i am.
But i believe the first two were released 2 weeks apart both being on Tuesday.
Then beta 3 was released on a Monday just one day shy of 2 weeks so tomorrow will be Wednesday and just one day over two weeks.
So the Monday and the Wednesday averaged would be a Tuesday

Well, beta 4 is coming, and GM won't happen until Sept. (just like I predicted on this board weeks ago), so enjoy.
If beta 4 is this week, then GM will likely be two weeks from now, or around august 26th. If beta 4 is not this week, then GM will probably be next week or the week after.
No 3.1 build has had better battery life than 3.0. In fact beta 3 has to be the worst. But guess what? Yes beta 3 also offers better reception.
I really hope we see some improvement in beta 4 which I believe will arrive next Monday.

well based on the quietness of apple i'd have to guess they are getting really close to releasing 3.1
or 3.1 gm
