I will pich in. It's fast, but:

1. AirDrop stopped working. Tried restoring cleanly and it still doesn't. Tried clean OS X and it still doesn't. Tried with other devices on different wifi networks. Completely broken.
2. Night Shift Sunset to Sunrise option is gone. All location services are On.
3. Hotspot broken again.
4. There is home screen stretching and squeezing when call bar or hotspot connection i active. The dots representing app pages go down behind the dock and then back up again. Wasn't in 9.2, but appeared in one of the 9.3 betas.

List goes on.
Interesting,

I have a 6S and 6S Plus, and am having none of the first three issues you mentioned. I was able to air drop photos between the phones, and a Mac here at work. Night Shift settings are fine, and the hotspot works. Hope you find a resolution to that.

So what can we check software wise?

The usual stuff. Location Services, Background App Refresh, etc. Turn off what you need. Observe what's using the most battery and figure out how to make the battery hoggers more efficient.

And if all fails, restore as new.

That makes it even more strange. Night shif for example is missing sunset to sunrise option out of the box on a clean restore.

Make sure you have Location Services enabled for Setting Time Zone
All location services are ON.

Also another finding. 3D touch skipping frames when in landscape. never had this issue since i bought this iPhone. Not on any of the betas, not on the update from beta 7 to final OTA. but now after doing clean restore and setting it up as new i have this issue. WTF.

One day 1 after updating i'm not impressed, my battery overnight lost 50%! I know that's not normal but there isn't anything unusual I can see in the usage stats. If this keeps up I might need to restore as new and start from scratch.

Maybe I only noticed this cause I updated to 9.3, and the update did a full reset on the Battery usage stats.
I noticed this morning, while looking at the usage, that stats were showing the "Last 6 hours".

Each individual apps will give you the usage time as follow:
----------------------------------------
Facebook
25 mins on screen, 5 mins background

Instagram
10 mins on screen

Mail
10 mins on screen, 2 mins background
etc
-----------------------------------------
each individual app usage were adding up to 47 mins,
but my usage was showing 1 hour 2 mins
while my standby was 3 hours 20 mins.

Is it normal that all individual app usage time added up together gives you less than the total usage time?
What is the unaccounted 15 mins?

Background processes make up the other 15 minutes. Thats normal. Whats not normal is when your usage accounts for 10 minutes, but it says your usage is 3 hours and your stand by is 4 hours, like mine.

my iPad is still on b7. i haven't updated to the final release because, between when b7 came out and now a week later, it went from 100% to empty with almost zero use. been like this throughout the betas for me. i've tried resetting settings and even removed all 3rd party apps. only recourse now is a full restore. if that doesn't work i'm going to be disappointed, because the battery was still giving me almost 2 months standby on earlier versions of 9.0.

I give up, restoring both devices but only saving health on my iPhone via the iBackupBot method. Everything else will be wiped.

Can someone teach me the difference choosing between 1)"restore from the back up" and 2)"set up as new" then restore from back up? I can't help thinking they Do the same thing. I'm talking about initial screen before we get to the actual sync screen.

So far I'm loving iOS 9.3 on my 6s. No more lag after unlock, befrore it would freeze up for 3-4 seconds after unlocking the phone. Hopefully it stays that way, I also thought lag was gone after 9.2.1 update but it came back after a few hours. I have hope it won't come back though with this one bc it has been at least a full day since I updated my phone. The biggest change I've noticed was taking pictures. While zooming in on an object, it's no longer blurry and looks more crisp. And the water color look it was giving pics in low light situations is now gone. Yay!! I def don't see that my battery life has takin a hit. If anything it seems to be a bit better. Overall I love this update! And just in case anyone was wondering I did the update through iTunes, not OTA for I have had problems with doing it that way in the past. Not restoring and updating but just updating and my phone is running smooth as butter

I'll try just updating instead of restore and update next time.

On the initial screen, there is no difference between either of those options.

Thanks. Because people are talking about "setup as new" so much making me want to restore again just to pick that option instead. So if we are to sync our backup on the next screen anyway we don't have to pick "setup as new", is this correct? This option is there for the people who will not use backup at all?

Correct. When people say set up as new, it means start as if you just bought the phone today, factory settings, no backup. Problem is, its hard to set up as new if you have an Apple Watch because you will lose all of your health and activity data.

I used to do this on all of my previous iOS updates. I'd re-download all my apps, sign in to each apps all over again. I'd just sync my music and photos etc. I'm actually new to using backups:oops: so thank you for clearing it up for me.
