From your tracking, is your Airpods Pro Max coming from China or is it already in the US ?
Anyone else with UPS not able to have it held at a Customer Center?
I am seeing regular UPS stores as options (for a fee lol) but not the Customer Center. I wasn't able to find that option for an Apple package I had delivered last week either.

Coming from Pennsylvania, and was just picked up a few mins ago as well, on schedule for delivery tomorrow in VT.
Sweet! I doubt mine will arrive tomorrow. I ordered mine around 9 AM PST (just before delivery slipped later into Dec).
I was expecting it to be shipped by now, but still on PFS.
There's still hope! Where is it heading? And I take it you have a Dec 15-17 estimated delivery?
Seattle, WA. Yes est. delivery is Dec 15 - 17! Fingers crossed lol!
Same!!! Very surprised to get an email so late haha but super happy that it’s coming early (original estimate was 17th dec)
Edit - got email from Apple confirming it’s shipped and that it will be delivered by 16th, but DPD says 15th! I hope it comes tomorrow 🤞
Edit 2 - DPD status updates to saying it’s on its way to my local depot and it will be delivered today!

i think it maybe gets updated later tonight. all the UK got theirs updated, so maybe just a matter of time.
Lucky! Still nothing for me. I’m based in London - saw some others nearer Birmingham saying theirs were getting delivered tomorrow too.
Same, I’m in London as well. I guess if your order has gone into PFS and you didn’t get an email today, you’ll probably get one tomorrow.
Did anyone preorder from BestBuy? I wonder if I'll arrive on release day or a day or two after. The status right now is "we'll ship it tomorrow"
It doesn’t look like anyone’s have changed from this today. Including my own.
I was in that boat with Best Buy as well. Then dummy me made the mistake today of adding AppleCare+ to the order, which changed it to “We’ll let you know when it ships.” 
Now it says, “Arriving by December 24.” Oh well, I can live with that.

I ordered my Sky Blue almost the same time as I ordered my Silver pair and the Silver has shipped but Sky Blue still processing... (not even charged)
