Originally late Feb/early March (I can’t remember exactly!) but changed to 8-10 weeks in December and stuck there.
I ordered sky blue 13 days after you. Delivery date is the 12th March so hoping that will change soon
Weird. I’ve ordered a Space Gray APM yesterday with Saturday delivery with an original delivery date stated as March 6th or later. It was shipped almost immediately and was delivered today to my home in Germany via UPS. Can’t wait to try them once I get back.
Space grey is readily available all over the UK and Europe. Silver is as well. It’s the other colours that seem to be the challenge
It said “March 6th” though. Says March 2nd now on the German Apple Store app. Never mind though—just feeling lucky.
I will be interested in your results. I was mainly listening to my B&W P7s....I've been using the APM since Monday for a few hours each evening. They are comfortable, loud enough without the headphone accommodation, and sound good. I haven't really taken the time to do a real break down comparing the two but will try that this weekend.

I just bought silver AirPods Max from US Amazon. Can I return them if I don't like them or find the price too hard to swallow?
Mine just got shipped out, got the FedEx tracking information already and looks like they will be delivered by Monday! About 2 weeks early, better than nothing.

My APM which I bought used from Amazon are returnable until February 25. But just ask Amazon! Speaking for myself I've never bought anything that wasn't returnable although some Amazon Marketplace items took a little effort to contact the seller.

Out of curiosity, did you order from Apple? My card got charged yesterday and the Apple website states that it is still preparing for shipment. I was hoping to have a tracking number by this morning but still nothing.
Mine left Auckland on the way to Wellington around 90 minutes ago. They are also in stock with two local resellers as of now (one has pink also, while the other is only taking pre-orders of pink, but that is maybe down to their purchasing decisions).
Anyway I'm not sure how to gauge real delivery times in NZ after I get mine as some posts above suggest the guide is still weeks but they ship immediately and unless a colleague is super impressed I don't know anyone else locally who is buying them, but they could be becoming readily available in Australasia also.
Mine did that for 48 hours - I'm pretty sure they charge the card before they ship from China as part of a bulk shipment, and tracking only starts at the local hub where the bulk is broken down, in my case Sydney. Apple uses DHL here (no UPS in NZ) and their tracking states the shipment originated in Sydney.

I’ve been a Prime member for years. I’ve never had Amazon turn down any return so I think you can with the APM. But why? I thought I wasn’t going to like it based on what I’ve been reading on here but I really do like the APM and it’s well worth the price.
They are double the price of the XM4. Include the fact that I need that $35 lighting to audio cable and I buy AC+ on everything...
I'm really upset that I didn't like the XM4 as much as I was expecting. I was hoping to just accept the fact that the XM4 weren't as good but they were much cheaper. But my goodness, I didnt expect some things to be this bad on the XM4. Ambient sound, switching between devices, even connecting to my Windows PC was worse than my AirPods Pro. Those things are super useful to me and with them being worse than my AirPods Pro I decided to try the AirPods Max.
I love everything about mine and had since christmas but the Bluetooth connectivity issues ! … is there no fix for this?
I got the FedEx notification before Apples site switched to shipped. However, their site is showing as shipped and still on track for delivery tomorrow.
I ordered over a month ago and they are going to deliver on my bday so a nice little surprise there!
Of course you can. Several of us have already purchased returned APM from Amazon at significant discounts.
