Does the S21 Ultra have HDR video? When I got my 12 PM the first difference I noticed was how incredibly bright they are
For you, maybe. Maps is the only Google service I use on iPhone. And let's be clear. Google Maps is better than Apple Maps. That doesn't mean Apple Maps is useless.
Why get something exchanged if apple has said it's a software issue? it took them till august to fix the same problem on the 11 series, loyalty has nothing to do with it.
At least it can be fixed or replaced, unlike the Samsung phones that have always had camera shutter lag and overheating issues. ?♂️

Apple Music is deficient on both platforms. There certainly are things wrong with Apple Maps.
I don't believe Samsung flogged Note 7 for 4 years knowing there were problems as Apple did with the keyboard. Samsung owned up to a problem.
I will retire for the evening shortly as perhaps you should as well to salve your wounds and your defeat in trying to defend what is clearly indefensible.
