I'm very similar, except I'm quite familiar with Apple products.

I submitted an application for graveyard chat on April 16th, got a 10 minute phone call/introductory interview April 23rd. Had a HireVue interview on April 27th. Waiting to hear if I get another interview.

Sounds like we are on nearly the exact same timeline. Only difference being that I applied on the 20th. Good luck! I hope we both hear good news. :)

I'm honestly not very confident that I will get a third interview. It seems like most of the people who moved on were told at the end of the second one that they would be interviewing a third time.

Good luck to you as well! :D

So it seems to me most people hearing back from applying in the last couple of weeks is the graveyard shift chat. I have applied to alot of the chat/phone positions but most of those were posted months ago. The most recent ones are the chat positions. Are you guys apply to all these old advisor positions?

I'm wondering the same thing.

Welcome to the new hires. You will love it.

@minnie06 you can complete it at the ARS.

thanks! im not near an apple store and was hoping it was not required to finish the paperwork at the store. I heard you just need to get the I-9 notarized which can be done at a bank....anyone else know if going to the store is required?

I just wanted to add I think the cover letter is very important. I didn't get a call until after I went back and added one. Again, really stress your customer service skills!!

No, it's not required. Once you attend a paperwork session, you'll know what to do.

Is it really 2 weeks , I had my third interview and now I am twisting in nerves, how long does it really take to hear if you get an offer ? TIA:apple:

I had my interview on a Wednesday and heard back the following Tuesday. I have been applying since 2012! So there is hope for those who havent been contacted yet!!!!!

I applied to all the chat positions posted on April 16th. Didn't apply to any older ones or phone positions.

Mine was 6 days from the 3rd interview. The wait was so hard!!! Hang in there..My call was towards the evening.

Congrats, I am so jealous! I'm hoping I hear back before the weekend so I can breathe normally again! How did you think your interview went? Did you feel like you got all the questions/role-plays right? I kinda messed up a role play but I felt like the manager and I got along very well and I think he appreciated most of my other answers. I'm hoping that's enough to get my foot in the door, since more training would solve the problem I had.

Also, what did they say at the end of yours? Just the standard, "you'll hear in two weeks"?
thanks, and good luck in training minnie06!

Yes I also felt I messed up on the role play by taking too long because I was nervous. Yes she just said 2 weeks. But like I said it was 6 days. I carried my phone constantly, lol. So I wouldn't sorry about getting the role play just right, I think they realize we are very nervous good luck!

Hi!

I just had my 3rd video interview through hire right (manager interview) for the Graveyard Shift At Home Chat Advisor position, (tier 1). Looking forward to hearing back, she said within 2 weeks. But the wait is the worst! The chat role playing went very well and I solved all the customers issues and her and I seemed to hit it off. Lasted about an hour because we kept getting off track, her talking about her nephew, me about my 72-year old un-technical grandma that just got her first iPhone etc.. Haha. Anyone else here a graveyard shift chat advisor? A friend of mine works for apple as an at home advisor (tier 3), he referred me and loves his job, he's always picking up OT!

Ugh, I feel the same, totally twisting in nerves! Haha, I had my interview yesterday morning and the two week time frame kills me! Are you going for at home chat advisor (graveyard) as well, with training in early June? If so maybe well be in the same training group (supposing we got the job). Not sure how a training group would be since it is from home, but I'm sure we'll have each others contacts and maybe group chatting? Unsure of the process so far but thats questions we could go over when we get the official "You're hired" phone call!:)

How long did it take you to get the 3rd interview after you did your second facetime? Did they advise you at that time you were moving to the 3rd interview?

At the end of my second video interview my interviewer advised me I would be moving onto the third and final interview and I received an email within a day after the second interview for me to schedule the final one!

Got my equipment today can't wait to open it on monday I'm going to be like a kid at christmas until then looking at the box anyone else start on monday the 4th

I had my second interview for AHA position on 4/29. The lady that interviewed me was very nice was surprised it was only one tech question and it was about setting up gmail accout on new smartphone. The other questions was about my last job and how I build rapport with a customer. After the interview she said on friday 5/1 she would go thru the applicants and pick the ones to move on and will get a call next week Tuesday or Wednesday. Is that typical for them to do that? It has taken forever to hear from them. I filled out the application back in june of 2014 got a call/1st interview on 4/20 and 2nd interview on 4/29. And just curious for the people that has worked there as an AHA is the exam very hard? So now the waiting games begin lol.
