Don't be discouraged! I'm sure each manager has a different set of potentials they are interviewing and some managers take longer than others. This one just happened to be quick and maybe was at the end of their interviews. My two days out of the two weeks was super fast but as others have been saying on this thread sometimes it took 6 days, etc... Plus I read your thread and like me, you were immediately moved onto the 3rd interview at the end of the second, so that is a good sign! Have you worked in the tech industry before? I'm no genius in the world of technology but have worked in the cell phone industry since 2006 and have owned the entire apple ecosystem from the silver back iPhone to now iPhone 6, apple TV, macbook, iMac, all iPads etc so I am very familiar with them on a day-day basis, so I stressed that in my interviews along with my passion for helping people and solving problems.
I got my call ! I am part of the AHA phone team, Just waiting on the background check email next . I am so super excited ,

When did you originally apply and what class? Congrats btw!
I can understand the being bummed. I have applied and interviewed for multiple positions and have always made it to the 3rd interview but for some reason cannot get past that 3rd stage to the you are hired call. I have over 20 years in customer service with the last 8 being technical support related. Would love to get some advice from hose who have been hired. Just not willing to give up yet. I wish that the interviews would all be phone based I almost feel like my age is hindering me in the process. To all those who got the call. Congrats and good luck. I think you all will love it.

Ahh! Thank you! You were completely right! I got my call just a moment ago (6:45 EST). I can't believe I got in! For those who are wondering, I have a few years customer service and a few years of tech, but I have limited Mac experience because I tend to have a very limited budget. Anyway, I'll be on Graveyard Chat, but the woman I spoke to was uncertain whether I'd be in 6/8's class or the next. I wish I could start tomorrow! Congrats everyone who got your calls today!

My recruiter said the same, unsure whether the 6/8 class or July, but I am hoping hoping hoping for the 6/8! I guess it depends on how fast the background gets done etc. I am SO HAPPY for you again! As for the limited MAC experience, you will now have it and we get awesome discounts and opportunity for personal use products as well sometimes free! So exciting!!
My recruiter told me June or July...he did not specify a certain date..do they do that after the background check?
I guess I'm not sure. I had been told June 8 from the beginning. My BGC is still in progress.
