I was just told I will not be moving on to the 3rd interview.. I really have no idea why.. I was so well prepared, I was really excited and I am great at customer service.. I showed empathy, i really connected with the honeymoon questions. I dont get it
I am sorry to hear the bad news! Think back to the interview and go over any hiccups. Perhaps you had trouble finding a solution? Showing empathy is very important but it also helps to have a knowledge base. When you got the second interview, did you get a link to the Apple support database that went over troubleshooting? There was a lot of information there. There would be no way for you to master everything there but if and when you apply again, I would go over the list of common questions asked at the beginning of this thread and cross reference it with the support page so that you can comfortably provide an answer to a common problem.

Thank you for the wonderful advice!
You are MOST WELCOME! That advice comes from personal experience. I have written ridiculously long cover letters before that got me no where.

What's the pay like...if anybody knows
Glassdoor.com has some decent representation of pay. It varies based on location, tho.
