I applied for the Apple Home Adviser position on April 3rd. Heard back with a phone call on May 21st.
Phone call lasted about 15 minutes, was told full time and wage. Had a couple of questions such as why Apple, what work experience applies to this position, why I'm leaving my current job and how would I handle working from home. Went over the details of the job again and scheduled a Facetime/Skype interview for May 28th. It happens in about an hour. She also sent an email with directions to fill out more information on my online application (which wasn't there before) and a video to watch prior to the interview.
Will update after.
EDIT:
Interview lasted about 30 minutes. Most questions were similar to original phone call, going over details of the position, asking about work history and reasons for leaving. Unique questions included:
What was your favorite position in your work history?
What complications do you face at your current/last job?
What do you think about Apple customer support?
What is good customer service to you?
What would you do if you had to work within 3 minutes and your internet was down?
Name 5 things to check if Wifi is not working on someones iPhone
For the role play, there was only one question. It started with Ring-Ring and I had to go through helping a customer pair their Bluetooth headphones to their iPhone.
Only bit I messed up on was they said at the beginning they received the headphones for their birthday and I didn't wish them a happy birthday or inquire about it.
Still ,the interview went well, I got to ask my questions at the end, and was told I was being put into the third interview (a Facetime/Skype interview with my future Team Manager).
I should expect and email with instructions to fill out and schedule a time for the next interview.
EDIT2: On May 29th I received the email to schedule for a third interview. Schedule is set for a week out at 5PM. Will update when more information is available.
EDIT3: June 6th, I just finished my third interview. It started out cool with asking some customer experiences and how they were overcome and how you adapted to situations outside your norm. Unfortunately I think I bombed the role play. First situation about a guy whose new iPhone won't make calls I couldn't bring to a resolution. After all my troubleshooting and none of it worked I was starting to head the route of take it to the Apple Store when the interviewer cut me off.
Second role play went without a hitch and no issues cropped up whatsoever. I feel they were just done with the role play and wanted it to end.
Overall the interview ended 20 minutes early and I was told my recruiter would get back to me in 2-3 weeks with if I would be moved forward. I'm not expecting a lot. Will update with further information when I receive it.
EDIT4: I cannot read people apparently as I received my job offer via phone on June 11th. They asked some clarifying details such as my address and if I was still interested and told me to expect an email from HireRight to fill out a background check consent form. The email arrived June 12th and is now in processing. I will report back with more information later, but so far I am super excited.
