Apple At-Home Advisor... (Part 2)

Hello, I have been following this thread since I applied on Feb 27. I got a call today from Apple (3/4/2014).Things went well and said I should hear something in 48 hours!!!
Here are the questions she asked
1. A girl falls down and breaks her apple device what would I say to her?
2. If a customer calls up saying they will be on a airplane and whats the best way to conserve battery power ?
3.How do you reset your iphone and if this does not work what other steps can you take?
4.If a customer calls up and there internet is not working what steps would I have them take to resolve the issue?
The position offered was full time (40 hours) and 15.00 a hour. Training would start in April

Ok, So my background check says completed on hireright. Does that mean that they have called past employers, etc or just that they ran it through court and criminal? Trying to determine process and wait time.
*I said I would be patient but it's been difficult. I'm trying to line up employment for Summer.
What start dates have people heard for those that got offers?

My advice just be yourself. Don't overthink stuff stick to basics. I did do my interview from my "office" just my desk and my ipad. Thank you I really hope the interview goes well.

If there's a link next to Completed click view report. If it's there it should let you see the whole report they ran on you. If there are no discrepancies Apple will call you to confirm your offer and next steps. Mine took 3 days to complete and I heard from Apple 3 days after that. My start date is March 31.

The team manager I interviewed with said 2-3 weeks as well but I heard back in 3 days.
I hope your right! I really want the job but honestly that 3rd interview I just don't know how I did. I knew after my second I did great. But the third my lady didn't say and I just couldn't read her. She was very friendly, just I don't know hard to see what was going on. She said she sends off my answers to the hiring team and they check for things they want. We'll see. I'm hopeful

I haven't heard anything yet. I had my third interview yeterday morning. No email or no call. I know some have waited longer than a day for their BCG and mine could be different to bc I know the team manager I spoke with had a bunch of interviews yesterday. Hopefully no news is good news?
Do they just send the hire right email after and then you wait until BGC to clear for a call?
I received a call stating they wanted to move forward, received the hireright email a few hours after my call.
I had my third and final interview this past Monday afternoon. All 3 interviews were great. I got a call Tuesday saying that we were progressing to the next step, the BGC. I got the form from HireRight, filled out the form and sent it back right away. That was Wednesday. My BGC is still processing. The class I was interviewed for starts March 31.

did they mention if it was cpu or ios?
Mine is for the Pro position. I was not told whether it was iOS or cpu and I did not think to ask. I would be happy either way. If I had to guess, I would say iOS.

Mama, be patient, if there is one I have learned in this process is patience. But I also know that waiting is hard.
I am trying. I know it's only been a day and some say it has taken longer. I don't think I bombed it at all and I was very customer service oriented, I'll be patient and wait. Like I said right now no email say "thanks for your interest" is good! Maybe next week I'll hear something since it's close to the weekend.
Just got my BGC email!
After I received the email about submitting my "official application", it took a few days to get the BGC. I got impatient and emailed the general recruiting email address and asked for my recruiter's contact info. 45 minutes later I had my BGC email.
Now to wait for the call...
When was your 3rd interview? Did they call you or just send an email for official application first?
