[doublepost=1487874576][/doublepost]Hey Litera,
I'm Nicole with HireVue. Yikes, that's a long time to wait! Do you have your recruiter's email address? If not, email our Support team at: support@hirevue.com, call us at 800-655-4106, or connect through live chat at www.hirevue.com so we can get you in touch with your recruiter. It can take a little longer for Apple to get back to you, but I recommend contacting your recruiter regardless.
Dear HireVue Representative,

Thanks for your reply and your great support. I will definitely contact them in the morning. Btw, you guys are great, HireVue offers great online interview experience.

Man just be prepared to deal with a lot of bureaucracy if you get hired and start moving up. my Last boss was a Nightmare.... there is even a Meme about him its pretty funny. But overall I really liked my 5+ years at apple.. in the interview talk about knowing how to use and find resources to resolve an issue. being able to connect with the emotions behind why a customer is calling in and convincing them that you are a champion to their cause is Huge... if you can convey this you will 100% get hired! Best of luck!

And similar to Jackie's question, how many calls do you receive a day? How many free seconds in average do you have in between the calls?

I haven't seen anything on the Apple site in a long time. I check daily and send them my resume through their jobs email address almost monthly. I still have hope as I would love a job at Apple especially an At Home job. If anyone has any information or advice for getting my nose in the door so to speak, please let me know, and feel free to PM me. Thank you!

Conduent is now majorly hiring advisors (Conduent is an outsourcing business that serves customers of other businesses). They will train you on iOS and the Mac, so you don't have to be skilled in that area. They are giving a bonus for us to bring referrals, so I will help you get hired in my facebook group if you're interested. The link to apply is in the group. https://www.facebook.com/groups/181940605629299/

That's kind of odd to me. I applied with Kellyconnect a few weeks ago and got a rejection out of the gate. I reapplied yesterday and got a video interview tomorrow. Fingers crossed.

I got the rejection right after the first interview, that's probably the difference.

Hello all,

I have applied Apple AHA (in Turkey) almost 45 days ago.

Steps:
1- 15 minutes phone call... DONE
2- 45 minutes skype call... DONE
3- HireVue technical questions webcam interview... DONE
4- HireRight background check... DONE

Even if the background check is completed (in the report, "completed, positive" information seems to be submitted to Apple), I have no response for 9 days. No call, no e-mail.

Oh man, I am waiting for call like a sad baby waiting for milk and it makes me sick. Is this normal? Should I keep silent and wait, or ask for an update? Thanks for your attention.
They told me to wait. They said my application is still pending review. It has been 22 days passed after the positively completed BGC. I am going to world record. Fingers crossed.

A BGC is a process of which the employer believes that they will hire the candidate, since it may cost $25-50, sometimes even higher. Companies mostly use third party agencies to make this research, in this case HireRight.

Assuming that you are waiting for the result of your facetime interview, the BGC process hasn't been started yet. Give yourself 1-3 weeks of pending time for the next step. Hopefully the BGC will start afterwards.

They mostly complete the BCG in 3-7 business days. If completed, you should see a dialog on the Hireright applicant center like this:

I know it is hard to wait, but being patient is the key. I wish you good luck.

Thanks. I already understand background checks and I've already been contacted for more information by Hireright. They just wanted to see a letter of offer from previous employment.

Hence my question of how to check if it's complete!! Will check applicant centre

Odd question but does anyone who got the phone technical support job through KellyConnect know if it's a W2 job? I'm reading a lot of people saying it's a temp position so I wasn't sure if it was a W2 or 1099 deal.

Just curious if anyone that applied for the AHA jobs through Apple that were posted at the beginning of the month heard anything yet?

Just applied through KellyConnect for a chat position. About 2 business days after my initial application, I got the Typing and Grammar skills tests. Now waiting to hear if they were good enough. :x Fingers crossed!

Applied through KellyConnect for the chat position, and didn't get an interview time slot option upon finishing because demand was high and to check back later, 2 days later I got an email asking me to take the grammar/typing test, and then a day later I was asked to schedule an interview. Less than 6 months ago I botched my first interview with KellyConnect for the phone position, what should I do to prepare better for this interview as I really want this job. Any recommendations would be amazing!

I just received my offer letter from Kelly Connect Services for the WAH tech support tier 1 position with Apple. Does anyone have orientation on 4/11 (Tuesday)? Also, if you have already received your offer letter (by email), will they still send one through FedEx?
Thanks in Advance!

Can anyone who is an AppleCare advisor or applying for one help me understand my status? I applied for AppleCare's College Program a month ago. Few days ago i got an email telling me they want to move forward and schedule a video chat interview. I did the chat interview on Wednesday April 9th and then did a second video chat interview on Friday. Since then I have not received any emails. Can anyone explain the stage I am in and if it is likely I already got the job or they are still deciding.
