Thank you very much!! I actually have finished the process and received my paper work. I'm just waiting on the paperwork session so I can fax my papers to HR and wait until June 30 to start training. I appreciate the update though!

I am in the background check stage for PT phone .. Id do anything to change it FT chat arghhhh : ( or FT anything

Yeah, I'm interviewing for FT phone, but REALLY would love CHAT!!! I am going to bring it up and see what they say... can you tell me about your third interview? What were some of their questions?

Oh, this could be tricky. You maybe should state that although you are overjoyed at the opportunity for aha phone you are very interested in the chat position and inquire how likely it is you can be transfered to that department if you take the current position? I wouldn't turn down the current job offer though. Just because you got your foot in. Good luck today.

They honestly don't know that. Here's how you get to chat: have good numbers and wait for an opening. There is no guarantee. There are no specified dates. Just be at the top of your queue consistently.

So if I already accepted a phone offer and did my paperwork, would it be bad to tell them I changed my mind and apply for the chat opening?

Well, you definitely have the option to turn down the job before you start. But I honestly couldn't tell you whether the recruiters or hiring managers talk, or how that would impact you. I think you have to do the right thing for you, and being honest about that decision is the best bet. How that will all play out.... I'm not sure.

Do the job in another country?

I was interviewed and I am waiting for the second interview which I already set up. Can I do this anywhere in the world there in a 6mbp download and 1mbps upload with a quit room? Please let me know if you are currently doing it. Thank you

Hey! Received word the other day that I made it and will be part of the june 30 class! Do you all know for sure what that class will be? chat or phone? ios or mac? Any other info would be very helpful. Thanks! I cant wait!

My background check has been processing since 5/9. I finally contacted Hireright and they said they completed my background check 5/13. They said the website has not been updating. I called my recruiter, now I'm waiting for him to call me back.

First time posting!

Any other college at-home-advisors out there? This past Monday, I was sent the e-mail for the background check and it was completed by Wednesday. I was able to view it & everything, all good, but no one has given me a call yet with an official offer. Should I just remain patient? I'm gettin' antsy :} I really want the job!!

Me Too! I haven't heard anything back either. Just wondering are you in college in the US or the EU?

Wow

Just wanted to let you guys know Apple called me! I applied for Itunes chat yesterday and the recruiter called me within the hour! I have an interview scheduled. :apple::apple::apple::D

Anyone who has worked as a AHA , is there a way to cross train for Chat as well ? I was offered the AHA job and in background check but they only offered part time , I'd love to Train on chat as well

Hoping to hear something..

It's been a week since I submitted my background check. I submitted all of my documents in before hand to help speed up the process. I know the process takes a while but it's been the longest interview process i've ever had to go through and i'm stressed. Anyone else?
