I imagine we would receive an email giving us a heads up about the equipment delivery. I havnt heard a word since my paperwork.

What does this mean when going to 'My Application'

Attended an Apple Hiring event and was told to go to My Profile on Apple jobs and then go to My Application.

Well when i go to 'My Application' all that comes up is an error:

"Sorry, your online application cannot be updated or modified at this time. If you feel you have received this message in error, please notify your primary contact at Apple."

Its been saying this for months.

One of the Hiring event coordinators did mention about Apple IDs and an Application error or maybe saying that you MUST submit your application using the email you listed on the form and the email where you got the event invite. It wasnt exactly made clear what to the solution or the problem was.

All i know is i cant update my application or references or anything that may be under that tab.



Any ideas on a solution?

There is no such thing as a mini iMac. The mini and the iMac are 2 different machines. They send 21.5" iMacs. The real question is if they are going to start sending the new low-end 1.4ghz model.

Hello, I've been lurking here since April but figured I should post.

I applied for a few AHA positions near my geographical location on April 23rd, directly through Apple, but still have heard nothing from them other than the automated emails saying they got my applications.

Prior to applying I self-studied and tested for and passed the CompTIA A+ Certification exams, so now I'm officially certified for the next 3 years. Along with my certification, I believe my resume and cover letter and application all look very good and I'm very surprised that I haven't been contacted yet.

I've heard that with a certification like mine, you can get a higher pay rate? I'm wondering if that's the case then maybe they don't want to hire me because they would have to pay me more than someone else. Does anyone else here know of any AHA's that also have this certification?

I know with some people it takes months to hear anything, and with others it's only a matter of hours before they get a phone call. It's been over 2 months for me and I'm wondering if I'll ever hear anything. Although I have a certification, most IT jobs I've seen require work experience in the field and I have none. I'm hoping I didn't waste my time and money getting certified.:(

Thanks for clearing that up to me. I thought it was the iMac not the mini that were sent. The mini was throwing me off there for a min lol.

Was the person that interviewed you for your 3rd Brianna? I had the same experience! She was rude for the entire interview! I was so excited and cheerful, she didn't smile once. She was monotoned the ENTIRE time, and the interview seemed to be cut short.

I got a mini iMac and a monitor. Even the box says: mini iMac. But if you wanna have a better picture, Google mini iMac and the first picture, thats the one I got. It's actually called Apple Mac Mini

Go to Google, enter mini iMac image. The first one that comes up, that's the one I got. It's actually called Apple Mac Mini

I have been lurking every since I started my interview process but I finally got the call that I am hired and my paperwork is coming!

I applied on the apple website
5/30 and received initial call 4 hours later

2nd interview 06/05

Third interview 06/13

Contingent offer call/ received background check 06/16

Background conpleted on 06/23 -1 employer never responded to hireright so I had to provide w2s

Welcome to apple call 06/27

The hiring process was pretty easy and all of the women I spoke with were really nice and easygoing. Goodluck to everyone!!!

I had my 3rd interview today, if I'm hired I will start 8/11.

How did your 3rd interview end? The lady was very nice, but very hard to read. And she just said I will hear within 2 weeks. So look for the call or email.

I am super jealous!! You're starting on Monday right, in the chat graveyard position? I applied for that and they called me AFTER they hired for that position to offer for me a chat position with day time hours, so I couldn't accept! :( Good luck though on your first day I'm sure you'll love it.

Question

Does anyone know if we buy products through the Apple Discount program if we are allowed to give to a family member? For example, an iphone as a birthday present? Or strictly products are for us? Thanks!
