Does having or not having a landline effect the chances of landing the job? So basically a cellphone doesn't count as an actual landline? I accidentally answered that I have a landline even though I didn't.
Well I have no money at the moment so I can only wait till they can offer me to install a landline to my house right? As of now, I only have a cellphone, we only have them just to cut costs and we don't use landlines too often. But I'm willing to get a landline again if conditions improve.
So I've recently applied for the AHA (Non-Student) full-time position with apple. A few questions: Does anyone know a general salary for this (NON-STUDENT) position, with Apple directly, not Kelly svcs? Also, what types of questions are asked during the 2nd interview? The recruiter told me they would ask extensive technical questions 0_0. Any insight would be helpful. Thanks in advance.
Do you guys think they would initiate a background check if they weren't going to hire you?
My recruiter is also out of town and I'm just really antsy.
Anyone told this past week that they would be in the August 6th class? The recruiter told me I would be in the August 6th class if hired, and I should know more 1-3 days. However, it's been a week, and I haven't heard anything. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the holiday has interrupted the normal flow and I'll be contacted again.
It did not cost me anything to start home service. You might want to call and get all the information first because it took my friend a few weeks to get her home phone installed and working properly because there was problems with her line.

The pay is different depending on where you live. So far I have seen between 11-15 hourly for the full time position. The technical part was more common sense then tech for me. Like what to do if your router stops working or how to help someone with their email. It was important be empathic and be able to explain in layman's terms.
Also it should be noted that if you had an interview this week a few recruiters are gone until the 10th (mine is) so if you don't hear anything don't panic. I sent a thank you email and received the automated response and called a recruiter and she stated that most have taken extra days off for the holiday.
I applied for the position earlier this week and received a phone interview and then a Skype one within two days. I now have another one with the Hiring Manager in just one week. I'm happy because it's 40-hours at $14 an hour which seems far higher than what anyone else has posted but I confirmed that humber in both interviews and it's correct apparently. I'm only 20 and I'm not a student but I'm looking forward to my next Skype interview as I believe the Hiring Manager is the last one to go through.
Yah I was told I would be in that class if hired as well. I've got my next interview this next Wednesday with Hiring Manager so I'm assuming that is just the final step for me to complete.
You may want to run through the last few pages and see what others have to say. Personally, it was at least 3 weeks before I was contacted for an interview, others it's a few days. They are super busy filling training classes and are a bit behind with the holiday. Sit tight and be patient, you should resubmit your application in a week or two if you don't hear back by then. Good luck!!
