It was for eyes only, mine too just made a simple mistake. I didn't email anybody yet, I'll try contacting HR first then.

Btw, I promise not to say that "kool-aid drinker" on the forums told me to call you guys lol...

The questionnaire was actually posted on the forums a few pages back anyways.

----------

This was posted a few pages back.

Here is my questionare/answers that got me an interview

Yes

2. Are you able to flex up your hours for busy times up to 40 hours (or more) within the following window: 5:00am-11:30pm CST and at least 8 of these hours per week would be on a weekend?

Yes

I see this as a career opportunity that will allow me to excell at my dream job. I am an Apple addict. I live and breathe all things Apple.

5. We start at $14.00/hr for this role, is that acceptable? We also provide Apple Corporate benefits.

In all honesty I would prefer a higher salary based off my experience and knowledge. However I don't want to pass up this opportunity. I am open to discuss the pay if that is an option. I hope this doesn't exclude me from this position.

6. What do you know about Apple Care and our products?

I use multiple Apple products on a daily basis. I am aware of Apple Care and what it offers however I have yet to use it due to the fact that I support my own products (not that I have an issues). I am familiar with all Apple products and the "Extended Warranty" if you will called Apple Care that grants you additional protection for your Apple Products.

7. Are you available for a phone interview today or tomorrow?

Yes, Either day.

8. Provide your phone number.

Woot Woot! Congrats!

So, I got the call today before my brother's wedding.

I officially start in the 11/5 class!

I am so glad to finally be past all the waiting, but it was worth it.

For those of you who have not been called, they called two weeks to the day that I talked to the hiring manager.

So, they are correct when they you will hear something in 2 weeks.

Good luck to all those out there still waiting and I will see my new virtual coworkers at training!

Got word last night that my bgc was finally completed. I guess now the real waiting begins. Oh, and (amazingly), everything on the bgc shows it was completed at the same exact time that I was on the phone with a HireRight supervisor.

I submitted it on 10/3. I received an email from the supervisor stating it was completed. I'm not sure if they automatically send an email once it is complete. I was also able to print a copy of the report. From my understanding, it may take a couple of days for there to be an actual update on Apple's end once the bgc is completed.

I submitted mine on 10/2. Emailed recruiter yesterday and they said they don't have a status update for me yet. The Hire right number says to call my recruiter for the status during the automated part. I still haven't gotten to a human.

At least my recruiter didn't give me any bad news...

From what I gathered, if they have not contacted you, then they have not made a decision yet.

Emailed my recruiter yesterday, still no word back or phone call. BGC was completed a few days ago. Getting really impatient now...
