Just started the process
I applied got the email and just completed the 1st phone call. Was told my information would be passed to the hiring recruiter. I know basic trouble shooting but was taken back, I thought this position was for itunes support according to the description and was asked several questions about a PC software, hardware, operating systems and RAM anyone have this surprise and still move foward ?? Just wondering because I have just jumped on the ship of nervous jitters !!!
I did answer the questions but I had to think about what RAM stood for...

Argh the search engine is temporarily disabled :/ I have been reading back for the past week looking over interview questions - so the first phone conversation you were asked those technical questions. Did they schedule the call or did they just call?! I just received and sent back the questionnaire today!
Hi the call was not scheduled, it was off the first email and yes I was asked those questions which I had not prepared for and don't just roll off my tounge with ease lol !!!
That's what I was afraid of!! Hopefully my little hooligans will not be screaming in my ear WHEN (positive thinking) the call comes in!

Not sure of other's offer calls, but mine was on a friday and the recruiter said he likes to do it on Friday so as to "make people's weekend" he said several others do that as well.
Yea, that's what struck me. It put me a good mood for the weekend, and according to him, that is the intent. Great place to work folks, and that's all we can say about that. Good luck!

Still waiting here....checked with Hireright on Wednesday and BG was 80% complete-- just waiting on report from local court which I'm not worried about at all (not even a speeding ticket lol). Was more concerned they would be able to verify previous employment but they said that was all confirmed. And so we wait....
