2:30 - 11:30 PM with 2 consecutive weekdays off.

Goodness, they didn't give you one weekend day off. Sheesh. The entire weekend locked down. You're locked into that for 90 days correct? Unless you are able to swap with someone. We haven't received our schedules yet. Nesting ends on 11/2.

That explains why I'm [we're] seeing so many "swap schedule" email requests coming through. Jeez!

Yeah, I know we're required to work one weekend day. That was stated in the email everyone received when they applied for the position. But having folks work on Saturday AND Sunday, come on. You can't bid on shifts as a new employee. And you probably wouldn't get what you wanted anyway cause it's based on performance rankings and such.

One weekday a week is normal for most call center jobs.
I had to work Saturdays when I worked my last call center job.

What's your presumed starting date?

I sent in my stuff for my BGC last Thursday. They are waiting to verify some freelance work I did. Which of course they will not because there is no paperwork for it. Who here was told of a Nov. 26th starting date? I want to keep tabs on when this training period will start getting hiring calls.

my status

hi, I actually was rejected before like 3month ago for this position, but about 2 weeks ago, got a email from a recruiter if I am interested in the position.

I replied back right away, and so far the recruiter is replying back to me every single day of on the same day.

my current process is as follows.

1. complete the questionnaires.
2. Facetime interview with a recruiter, told I will be forwarded to a interview with a hiring manager.
3. Received official employment application.
4. My 2nd interview set at the end of this week...

It looks little different from other peoples process like my 2nd interview is already with a hiring manager and also only sent a employment application and no background check invitation... it looks like people usually get them together.

hope I will pass this time..

Nope. The process is the questionnaire then a call from the recruiter, then FaceTime with another recruiter, then a face time with the hiring manager if you move on. The employment application comes between the two FaceTime interviews. If they like you AFTER the 2nd FaceTime interview then you get the background check email or you get the thanks for playing email. So your process is on schedule :)

My process was this

1. Applied
2. Got questionnaire to fill out
3. Next day I got a call from HR and she set me up with a 30 minute interview with a recruiter.
4. recruiter moved me forward to another interview with a hiring manager
5. Received my official application through email
6. Interviewed with hiring manager, 1 hour later I received my background check.

--- Currently at this part of the phase. Though Hire Right is having trouble verifying freelance work I've done in the past. I am thinking positively about this because I haven't heard of anyone not getting the job after they received the BGC.

I know of one person that posted in this thread that got denied after his BC check. It sucks but it's possible. :(

I have only read the one person that got denied because of some court and then he got the job offer.... Don't get me worried! 2/3 of my employers are verified.

I know of another person who had a completely unverified background check and he got through as well. i forgot his name... Something like pctechnocio or something

I honestly wouldn't worry just saying its not a done deal until you get the call. Yes sjbuckeyes got the offer after getting denied initially. There was someone towards the beginning that got denied and said had a clean background.

percentage of getting a job/BC after the final interview

I wonder what is the percentage of getting this job or a BC after having your interview with your hiring manager... I am super nervous...
