I wasn't sure if you'd be able to answer my questions because of NDA...are you able to say how the work shifts are scheduled?
So if one has kids, are you saying this would not be an ideal position due to no flexibility? I currently work 8-5.
I would also like to know this as well. am going to wait to see what imac they send before i get an extra monitor. I use 2 at home currently and only using 1 would not be ideal.
Yes, you can set up a dual monitor. They do give you a disclaimer though that if something happens to it, it's not Apple's responsibility. You are also allowed to use your own trackpads, etc. that you feel will make you succeed better at the job.
Just got my first Interview invite for 4.15 class with a recruiter... here we go...!!!
I've read through the forum so I feel I am super prepared.
Thanks to all the participants.
I was wondering if I should wait a while and then re apply.....I know they asked me in my interview if I had spoken to an Apple recruiter previously?

How long do you have to wait to re-apply? 6 months? I didn't make it past the second interview.
Would the BGC email come from HireRight or Apple? It was a week since my 3rd interview this morning and still nothing from anyone. Hoping the adage no news is good news holds true. Fingers & toes still crossed.
Yes i cant wait 27" beast he I come!!!!

Congrats!! Finally got it!!!! Good luck and may the force be with you.
Thanks!!People usually pass the first interview so not too worried about It. It seems the hardest part is the 2nd? or 3rd interview with a team manager as I see many people waiting for BGC.
Thank you, macrobatt

I think you absolutely should! Sorry it didn't work out for you this time around. I'm still in limbo. Wish you the best!
Sure they're timed but if you know your stuff you'll have enough remaining free time to run to Starbucks, relax, have a latte and get back before the timer goes off.

it comes from customersupport@hireright.com
the second interview was the hardest IMO the third seemed laid back as well (prob cuz it was a video chat instead of a call)
also IMO i believe all interviews were fairly easy i thought they would ask more of the dredded interview questions like: what is the thing you feel you need inprovement on? What is the thing you least like about your current or last job? What issue have you had with previous management and what did you do to resolve it? What makes you a good candidate for the position...etc...
sorry about grammer and spelling im on my phone.
Anyone in the 3/18 class? We should start our own thread or Facebook message conversation, or Google + community or whatever's cool these days.
I'm another 3/18'er and I think I'm iOS. I'm scheduled 2/19 for my paperwork session. I have not received anything via FedEx yet,
One question I have. Are you allowed to use the iMac that Apple sends you for your AHA stuff on a personal basis? Is it ONLY for work use? Just curious.
Thanks for all the great info on this forum!
How long did it take the rest of you to get your "official" you're hired email after you received the phone call offering you the job?
