Lol yea happened to me too. I just accepted my offer email for 3/25 class as well. I got excited when I saw full time then before I could respond another corrected offer email came through sayin part time. I'm still exited tho!
Congrats we gonna have same start time

Looks like I haven't posted enough for messages to be turned on yet? Anyway, after I DO get it to work, if any 3/25 people want to stay in contact, that would be great. :)

contrags to all who got the job.

Just had my second Interview she said FaceTime did not work so it was over phone. Just waiting to see/hear about the third one she said i would hear something later this week.

well, I apply for Applecare at home advisor....... I had my 2 interview march 4 on skype.... this was my 2 interview.... i went through corporate and she told me 3 to 5 business days....Waiting is very stressful....I just wanted to know did I move on or not.

If they told you 3-5 business days, then I would try not to stress. The 5th business day will be the end of the business day on 3/11.

Did the scheduling email come a bit after you accepted your offer letter?

Yes, not long after at all.

Offer call and email...I Accept! So excited...3/25★

Glad to see another 3/25 person! How many of us are on here now? 5 or so?

Oh yay, I can private message now! Again, any 3/25 people who want to touch base throughout, (since I can now message) feel free to send me a message. Or not. :) :apple::apple::apple:

Now the wait until the paperwork session (and getting the shiny folder!)...then the wait until the equipment, and the wait until 3/25!

I just want it to start..NOW!

3rd interview is with the hiring manager. It sounds like you are waiting to see if you get a 3rd interview or a "thanks but no thanks" note. I hope this helps. Are you still confused?

On Fed.19, 2013 Apple likes your profile & wants to learn more!
On Fed.27, 2013 return back
On March 1, 2013 got a call to schedule my interview

Looking back at your timeline it looks like you just had the one interview, on the 4th. If that is so, you are now waiting on interview #2. (and there are usually 3 interviews total.) It's normal for Apple to take their sweet time in contacting people. As long as you haven't yet gotten an email that says they are not moving forward with you, you're still in the running.

Thanks for explaining to me

the second person you speak with is your recruiter the third person if chosen to you would speak with is a team manager

theoretically....

Alright, I ask this question with no disrespect. I've seen a few get offended on here from certain questions others have, but I'm not trying to create conflict here.

I was hired not too long ago for this AHA position. Between the pay, and how inflexible they are with letting you choose your hours, or even allowing you to find additional part time work, is it really worth all the trouble and stress? It seems as if they only really hire employees for part time work, and basically use you as their puppet. My question is, is there anyone who was able to advance through the ranks into something better than being a phone rep, or is this one of those dead end jobs where you work until you find something elsewhere that's better?

Once again, I mean no disrespect to other AHA workers on here, or to those who are seeking to become an AHA, I'm just wondering if this is a career opportunity or just another job?

Honestly. No one here can answer your question because its all about perspective. For me, the pay and hours are phenomenal, I couldn't find something that pays this much an hour for entry level work within an hour of me. But for you it may just be a drop in the bucket.

I have heard from a friend that has been at Apple for about 6 months now that there is a lot of room to move up and expand your career with Apple. As well as a previous post that said the Pro Advisors make 22 an hour and work 40 hours a week, I don't think that's too shabby at all.

Hey Jaylynn,

I really appreciate your honest answer, and it was surprising to hear. Yea the pay is not too bad... I was told by the recruiters that they rarely hire anyone at 40hrs a week so it was a bit discouraging to hear. Also, I am an at home advisor pro as well and don't make anything near 22 an hour lol, unless pay goes up with the amount of seniority you gain. I guess only time will tell. Either way thanks for your honest response.
