I haven't opened it yet but when I checked the serial number on self solve.apple.com it said it wasn't in their records. Hmm. The model number is A1311 but that's typical for a 21.5" iMac. I don't really care what they give me because I already have a MacBook Pro and it's not like we can use the iMac for personal use.

That's a 4 year old iMac. It is the 2009 iMac MB950LL/A according to what I read on google. Standard features are a Intel Core2Duo, 4GB DDR3 RAM, and a 500GB HDD. Guess they really mean it when its for business use... no incentive to use it for anything else lol. I am surprised that they have iMac's that old still around.

the second person you speak with is your recruiter the third person if chosen to you would speak with is a team manager

I spoke with my recruiter and she schedule my interview and I talk with other person for my interview

Well got my offer letter today! I'll be on CPU starting 3/25 message me if you're also starting 3/25. Any 3/25 people in Ohio? I'm in Cleveland.

You just started not long ago and your a senior advisor? Did you get hired as a senior advisor?

From my understanding that was the name of the position (At-Home Advisor Pro) if you weren't hired under the college version of it. I graduated already and was hired recently. If I have the titles mixed up I apologize.

Carmee, you've asked this question in numerous ways numerous times. At this point I'm unsure if you're trolling us. I've copied and pasted some recent responses to your questions, in case you, somehow, missed them:

After you compete the questionnaire that you were emailed you are called by a recruiter who asks you simple questions. They then schedule your 2nd interview (recruiter who will be in contact with you after your 3rd interview) which is either by phone or face time. After that they told me I'd receive an email to schedule my 3rd interview. Which I did later that night and my 3rd and final FaceTime interview (the hiring manager) was the next day. From there they say you will receive an email within 1-5 days. For me it wasn't the BGC email it was the "thanks for your interest in apple but were going with other candidates".

This is the normal hiring process through corporate. What they tell you and how long to receive communication after an interview has been different for all of us. But you talk to 3 people.

and:

Looking back at your timeline it looks like you just had the one interview, on the 4th. If that is so, you are now waiting on interview #2. (and there are usually 3 interviews total.) It's normal for Apple to take their sweet time in contacting people. As long as you haven't yet gotten an email that says they are not moving forward with you, you're still in the running.

It's impossible to get hired as a senior advisor unless you have recent experience at the T1 level. We have a person on our team that worked at a retail genius bar for quite a few years and they started at T1 like everyone else. Seems like 6 months is the minimum before even getting a shot at T2.

It is pretty easy to get hired as a team manager though, provided you have a BA or BS in something or other and experience in call center management.

I will go a step further than iFarmer and let you know that i've been aware that you are a troll. I dont know why they haven't seen this and have been answering you over and over. Grow up

this is my first time applying with Apple and i want to make sure that the steps are right.... Is that a problem!!!!!

Don't read my message if i post something on this forums.....

I don't think you are a troll but you seem to struggle with the English language.. At least the written form. Is English your primary or a second language? Just curious. I don't expect people to use the King's English when posting to a forum but your writing style is rather odd and not always easily understood.

Of the 3/25 people, who was told iOS/CPU? I was told iOS, but from what I've read, don't believe that for a fact until you see an iPod in your box.

Just an FYI... don't be too specific with personal info because it wouldn't be too hard for anyone at Apple to figure out exactly who you are from your support queue and location. Even if your posts are above reproach you want to be as anonymous as possible in this forum.

Cleveland is a big city but there aren't a lot of AHA people there. Columbus area has quite a few though.

Interview

HELLO !

I just applied to apple as an AHA, and I completed the questionnaires they sent me yesterday. I am wondering, does anyone know how long it takes for them to send the email to schedule an interview?
:D:D:D:D:D:D

It's Okay if people don't understand me what I am trying to say..... and I speak English.... I just want to know the detail how this progress go. And, I am not on here for people to get attitude with me for asking question. is that a problem?

Wow. I've been following this thread for a while and had to say something.

The process for applying for AHA is CLEARLY lined out in the massive thread about it. If you can't find your answer chances are people here don't know.

Please stop asking the same questions over and over again. There is no new answer.

And if English is your first language then please try harder to correct your errors when typing. Most of your comments don't make sense.

I will remember that!!!!

Hi All I've read through the forum and this is the first time I've seen this mentioned...Does anyone know anything about the team manager hiring process. Can't seem to find any information on the net.

Been following this thread for a few weeks. Figured I'd join up and chime in.
I worked for Apple 1993-2000 in tech support. I was T2 for Powerbook (remember those?) I left around the time OSX was coming out. Time to get back on board! (I'd be perfect as a Mainstage tech lead, but sadly they don't have such a thing. Too specialized.)

I did my first Facetime interview on Friday and have a second scheduled for Tuesday. The first went OK (other than flubbing the difference between POP and IMAP)

Is there a list of questions anyone has encountered on the second interview? Something I could study up on?

Thanks y'all!

Okay, let's do this. Lets not make assumptions about why he or she is here. If carmee really needs answers, then s/he has gotten them, at least for now. If s/he is a troll, then getting attention (especially negative attn) is what s/he's after.
That being the case, in either case, can we all agree to let the matter drop now?
