So I had my 3rd interview at 9:45 central, and I didnt get done until 10:30 (lengthy interview..) It went real well until some mormons (no offense) started knocking on my door and im baby sitting some dogs and they started barking, then as soon as she heard that she suggested that I have a quiet work environment. (of course I know that, But i just happen to be baby sitting some dogs over the weekend.) But other than that, we kicked it off over facetime. Had fun with the interview. Talked about different things, then I feel I answered the Role Playing questions very well. I hope I did real well, but she told me to wait up to two weeks to hear something from that point.... thats not what i've been reading on here.. Why 2 weeks? is that a good sign at all?

I was also told at the end of my interview that a decision would take up to 2 weeks. However, she did say that typically a decision is made sooner than that timeframe, depending on how quickly the background check clears.

Yay!!! I'm really happy for you, Jazz!! :D Pretty soon you'll get to meet your Team Manager, and get the beginnings of all that new-hire info we were all so eager for. As for training, I know you'll rock it, chick!!

Oh! Okay, Cause the way she said it made it sound like I wont recieve ANY thing for the job (email for offer, or background or anything) for at least 2 weeks! So after your 3rd interview, when did you get a BGC email?

I got the BGC email about 5 hours after my 1st interview. :p I'm just waiting on HireRight at this point...
 
I had my third interview yesterday and just got an email a few minutes ago saying they're moving on to other candidates. Pretty disappointed because I thought the interview went pretty well. I think I was just a bit nervous and rushed my roleplaying responses, that's probably what ruined it. Is it a good idea to apply again immediately if I want another shot at it or should I wait a while?

Awwh. im sorry. I though mine went really well also. But i just had mine at 10 this morning. I wish you good luck and I would attempt to try again. but I think today or soon is the last day for the 5/20 class. I guess the next one is 6/15.. :/ :(

What were your questions and how did you respond to them?
 
I had my 2nd interview today. They asked what apple products I have, I have an ipod touch and my favorite app (they asked) is angry birds. I could not think of anything else.... And I did talk about the benefits of an iphone and how stable a device it is. ( I made mention that I am an android user but have learned a lot about the benefits of the iphone and that I am good on getting them into ppls hands) then he asked me what the benefits of an iphone are. of course, the fact that they are pretty much indestructable (save for the glass) and tend to always work and I knew what the iphone exclusive apps such as siri and facetime

I was asked what RAM was, what empathy was, what good customer service was and how to fix someone's email that wasnt working (didnt even think to make sure the internet connection was there, but the interviewer reminded me). was asked what I would do for a customer who's laptop got dropped and needed their homework.

now, I dont own much apple products...... I hope that I didnt do anything stupid by mentioning the anti-iphone (android) :p I was just trying to show that I appreciate their devices and know tons about them, even though I do not own one myself.

All the questions about technical and customer support stuff I had no problem with. Where I think I messed up was not showing enough empathy in the roleplays for them. I basically just apologized for the trouble they were having and tried to help, but they want you to empathize more with the specific problem the customer is having.

Yeah, i dont know how well I did with that either. Well goodluck and try again :)
 
Called hireright again today. I submitted 1099's and they reviewed my file again and didn't notice the new documents! They need another 72 hours to look at those. These guys are hacks. I hope they don't cost me the job. Contacted my recruiter, no response.

My recruiter emails me back instantly every time. I think since I first spoken to her, i have probably emailed her 3 times. and every time I send an email I get a "DING" on my IPhone usually about within a minute. It's crazy and kind of scary. lol

Can anybody believe that I applied back in November of 2011, and just heard something as of last week.:mad::confused::eek::(

For me it took about 5 days after my last interview to get the bgc email! :eek:

Amen to that. Started process on Monday, and now it's Friday, still "in progress". I was hoping to hear something by the end of this week. Here's to Monday? Do offer calls come later in the afternoon typically?

I have learned that the reason why Hire right can take a while is the court releasing your background records. So try calling Hire Right to see what is delaying the process.

I know some people doesn't want to know untill they receive thier own, so you can PM me if you'd like to know.
It's the 2012 model. One generation older than the ones out in the store.

The 2012 models are the latest ones so you must mean 2011.
