I have a couple of questions for those of you who have been hired.
My next interview is Monday, and I was told to bone up on iOS, Mountain Lion, the current hardware, etc. Brian said it would be far more technical, longer, and via Skype. Did everyone answer off the cuff, or anyone have simple notes or anything?
He sounded very happy with the interview I did with him, my answers & my questions. It was supposed to be skype but it was just over the phone, I didn't ask why. I was originally told $14 per hour, then Brian said $14.50, but I'm seeing many of you being offered $15 or more. Interesting. I have a couple of questions for those of you who have been hired.

About the background check: that is honestly my biggest concern. I have zero criminal background, but my credit sucks (being laid off really really messed us up), and some of the dates on my app were quite honestly guesses, I honestly haven't kept exact track of dates. My current job, yes, further back...guesses. What all do they check on the bg check? My credit report concerns me. When you get the HireRight email, what is involved in proceeding with that?
The waiting is rough...
I'm in NC, btw, about 50 mins-ish south of Raleigh.
I took notes on my ipad and had it with me during the interview with just bullet pointed steps but I tried not to make it sound like I was reading from a list of notes. I would say it can't hurt to take some notes and be prepared. I mainly gathered questions from here and questions from my previous interviews to take notes with.
