My final interview was Thursday the 25th.
I'm still waiting to hear from Apple going stir crazy.
I am really looking forward to working for Apple if given the job.
Whats the longest its taken for some of you to hear back, I'm hoping the length of time is a good thing and I will get it.
Thanks
You're waiting on the hire right email? Usually comes the day of the third interview or within a week or so. I'm sure you're fine. They are super inconsistent from what I've read on here. Same process for most people---just a ridiculous amount of variance. After a week, I'd email someone (assuming you have a recruiter's contact info).
I expressed this as my general approach to providing great customer service. And I STILL got hired. J/k.
Hmmm.. looks like someone has been pilfering content from reddit.com/r/funny.
Ha!! Indeed. Doesn't everything come from Reddit? It's pretty much the center of the universe as far as I'm concerned.
Oddly enough, I haven't run across too many redditors in the AHA chat rooms. I tend to browse reddit in between calls but it's changed quite a bit in the last 5 years and I don't go there as much as I used to.
Really? That surprises me for some reason. Not sure why, but it does.
I've only been an active member for a few years or so..but even in that time, it just seems like it has exploded--and in doing so, has managed to attract a lot of...idiots.
Hey forgot to ask is there a significant pay increase from t1-t2?
My start date is aug 12. So far, I've gotten my paperwork call and i9 sent off. As well as my "my page " login. Aug 12 starts the first day of 4 week training.
Yesterday. There's nothing there though
15% I don't think that's enough personally I'd shoot for 25% increase if you're making anywhere in the ball park of what they are paying me. Lol
The first figure I decided on was 25% but I seriously doubt a T1 to T2 raise will be that high. All I know is that there's no way I want to deal with the types of calls I've escalated to T2... they were absolute nightmares. I'm not sure 15% would be enough to convince me to be honest. Also, T2 is full time and I cringe at the thought of taking calls for 40 hours. I'm still considering going with chat support even though it's not T2... I really do hate phones.
