I truly look for a rejection letter. This dude never smiled one time and I just simply didnt think I did well on the interview. Ive been really feeling good about the whole thing until today. ;(

It might not be as bad as you think. Some people just have crappy personalities. Like Angry Gerbil who stalks this thread with his stupid snarky comments because he has nothing good to contribute. Just hope for the best.
Good luck!

Another big difference between Kelly and Apple. You get an hour lunch when you work an 8 hour shift with Apple. Kelly gives you a measly 1/2 hour which is not enough down time for such a long day on the phone.

----------

Just a heads up that I will not be responding to private messages now that I'm in training. Just giving some generic responses here that will end this week. :)

I applied for a corporate job directly through Apple. I don't know if this process may be different than the college or Kelly applications / interviews. I am just staying positive and hoping to have a first interview. I do have a question for those we received a rejection letter -- was it by regular mail or email?

----------

I feel the same way about stalking my phone lol, I just hope to hear something soon from then

I wish the best for you and everyone. Just stay positive. I am trying to convince myself that they are busy and will contact me soon. :)

If it makes you feel any better, my final interview was what I would call a stress interview. I honestly thought I was administered a stress interview. My interviewer smiled and was warm but he hammered me. I got asked more technical questions and less customer service scenario questions. I think he was testing my resolve and to see whether or not I would second guess myself. I say this because, it seemed every answer that I had was not good enough and he kept asking, would like to add more or is there anything else you would do?

I held my ground and didn't second guess myself and was confident in my answers but by the end of the interview, I was pretty rattled. I didn't show it and kept smiling. I honestly thought dude couldn't stand me and I did horrible. When he asked me if I had any questions, I asked him some things about training and he just smiled and said he didn't want to spill the beans and wanted me to be surprised. He then said I wouldn't hear anything for about a week from the recruiter. That man left me so confused! I didn't know what to think and just chalked it up as a bad experience but then hours later, I got the HireRight email.

Keep your head up! It made not be as bad as you think. :) Trust me I know!

I also have my third interview on the first. Hopefully we will be in she same training!

It would be cool to know people in the training class ahead of time. What time is your interview? Noon was the earliest slot when I got the e-mail, so that's the one I grabbed.

What region are you in? I'm in the Midwest.

They told me 10/08 is hire date... I have yet to hear back from anyone after background check. I called HireRight and my bg check was done Wednesday n sent to apple same day... Getting nervous :(:eek::(

The 10/8 class had a new hire paperwork conference call today regarding getting your forms signed and turned in and general info on the start date, shifts etc. Is follow up if I were you. Good luck!

Did you get an email? Check your junk folder. If you didn't get a thanks for playing email just get in touch with your recruiter.

Checked junk, didn't get anything. Also, no missed calls. I've emailed recruiter maybe 3 x's without any response... I'm so upset right now

I would definitely follow up like PilotDc said. There are multiple session calls for new hire paperwork. When I signed up for the Oct 1st. class, I was given two sessions to choose from. I would contact the recruiting coordinator that sent you the HireRight email. He/she will be listed as the Apple contact but I believe most of the offer calls have gone out for the 10/08 class but you never know! I would CALL or EMAIL ASAP If I were you. Good luck!

Thanks, it's appreciated for sure!

What's there to be angry about? Maybe your recruiter had the flu? It could be a million different things. YouSHOULD be happy that you didn't get a thanks for playing email. At least your still in the game.

True

I agree, don't give up until you hear something. There were a few names on the roll call unanswered. This could be an oversight.

Hmm maybe. I will call first thing
