I knew that but for some reason it uses your IP address as the name instead of using a registered dynmap name.

Edit: no actually it only uses your IP if you have never logged in since the dynmap was installed. After you log in it will use your user name.


One thing I dont like about this dynmap is that I can't see the chat history so if someone says something and I am away from the page, I will not see it.

When I'm in game, and somebody talks to me using the map page, it only shows their ip address, and name of WEB. So cant tell who I'm talking to, have to ask each time.. lol.

That happens when the person hasn't joined the server since dynmap was installed. After the person joins it registers the username and IP so it will use your username in dynmap.

I'm getting regularly kicked off the server about every 10 minutes, cant tell if its my connection, or a server problem.. :(

Wow, its getting worse, 30sec to 1 minute lag on what I type, and now getting DC while waiting to login sometimes.

That is a damn good map... amazing desk!
But for some odd reason quartz is invisible.

Also as for the black spots, have you done “/dynmap fullrender”? You also need to render the other worlds so also do “/dynmap fullrender Creative” and “/dynmap fullrender world_nether/world_the_end”.

aha ha ha ha... you knew my "ugly" house was made of quartz, so you showed it was completely missing everything.

Hmmm thats odd. Was it when I was on? I was working on commands and had to /reload the server multiple times, that usually boots a few people off, which is unfortunate.

Did someone edit permissions regarding player commands? I am unable to use the /home command or change worlds by using the /world command.

Great news to all, the permissions have been adjusted by me, so now everyone can do /world and /home. If there are any other essential commands that someone can't do, please let me know and I'll fix it asap!

Bit of an update, Gamer9430 is now head admin, I'll just reside as owner and dude who fixes it when it goes completely down. Also, in about a week, we will be moved to some new digs, away from this pentium and on to an official rackmount on a gigabit link!
