My phone has been in ZhengZhou, since the 8th. At the moment, it's been close to 4 day.

Not only can I not see it delivering the 14th, as UPS suggests, I don't think it will make the 17th, as Apple suggests.
I have the same 11/14 delivery date. I'm not very confident it will show up on the 14th

On the move finally

Same here and I’m losing all patience. I’ll be reaching out to UPS today. I don’t care what Apples delivery window is. Once it leaves their possession, this is a $1000 package that I’m responsible for that sitting on some ****ing dock in godforsaken China. This is unacceptable. This also wouldn’t be occurring if Apple still used overnight shipping for $1000 orders. Or, you know, Fed Ex.

My phone sat in Incheon for 3 days, now I’m back to this clearing agency crap. What the heck is going on over there?

Let us know what they say ... for what it's worth. My phone sat 4 days in Korea before finally moving this morning. Must be a huge backlog there that UPS can't cope with. On to Anchorage this am; we'll see how it goes there.

Keep us informed

Mine did not move over the weekend, but is going to touchdown in that most northern state in a couple hours.

Is there a high chance of receiving phone Tuesday with it getting to Anchorage fairly early Monday morning? Thanks.

Hehe. You guys are wasting your time and other people’s resources by calling UPS and Apple. Nothing you say or do will change the delivery date. Just be patient. Mine updated from today to Thu. It gets here when it gets here

Mine left ZhengZhou yesterday finally from the clearing process. Unfortunately it has to go all the way to the USA then all the way out to Afghanistan where I'm deployed. I probably won't see it for another 2 weeks at least.

My tracking shows it left Incheon today, roughly lining up with UPS53, which lands in Anchorage in about an hour or so. We'll see...View attachment 735223

Yours had a departure scan of 6:50 (same as mine), so I think they would’ve missed UPS53 which left at 6pm (Korea time). Ours are probably on UPS99, which left Incheon at 11:10pm, scheduled to arrive in Anchorage at 12:56pm (AKST).

I’ve also been silently judging people who track the flights their phones are on, yet here I am. Haha

Departed ZhengZhou and arrived in Shanghai a few hours ago.

UPS is estimating delivery this Friday (11/17). Apple is estimating 11/22.

Going to the NYC area.

My lady friend's iPhone is also with you two. If it was on the Incheon flight at 11:10pm, wouldn't the departure scan have lined up more closely with the 11:10 time? But also at the same time, I had the same idea you did. If the departure scan shows 6:50, how did it make UPS53 (which BTW was 30 minutes late to depart,) but shows it departed earlier than our departure scan. I guess once UPS53 lands, we'll have a better assessment. My lady friend is freaking out since we both leave for Thanksgiving on the 17th. Apple right now shows a delivery date of the 17th (having been bumped back actually.) So she wants it on the 16th or earlier. UPS' site shows no date currently.

I think that the UPS departure scan and the actual flight departure are two different things. The phone (or pallet that the phone is on) is scanned as it’s leaving the facility to be loaded onto the plane and that’s where you see UPS’s departure scan. Then theoretically the plane departure should be shortly after that.

Got a small update this morning. Got a text saying thursday...
I've been watching the Korea/China delay anyone get a new shipping in the last couple of days? Has it been this slow?

Mine is in the same batch. Hope it arrived soon.

See, I always thought the opposite. The departure scan matched-up (at least fairly closely) with a flight. Hence how most people here are tracking their phones. I hope you're wrong and we're on the earlier flight LOL. But I absolutely see your point. I just hope there wasn't 5 hours in Korea waiting for the next flight.

You're in good shape. Once you leave Asia, things move fast.

They said nothing, as expected.
