Anyone get any update with In Store pickup tomorrow ?
Mine still shows processing and I have only been charged tax, but the option to cancel has disappeared so I guess that’s some progress.

Does anyone know if the SIM from the 11s will work with the 12s? Been hearing some mixed info about this. Trying to avoid getting an activation fee from Verizon. I know I can get with support and get them to waive it, but that can be such a hassle. Can't believe they think they can get away with charging $40 for literally doing nothing
It’ll work but you won’t get 5G. Just order it online for store pickup (once you’ve popped your current SIM in and the new 5G capable phone registers in your MyVerizon account).

Can you share your reference numbers (hash out a few characters on each to keep it private)?
Excluding order number and phone number:

38XXXXXXXX

E10Y19TKXXX

E10Y19TK*** (different than the one above)

33XXXXXXXX

I believe the "E10Y19" is the UPS shipper account number.

It never fails. Every year there are people that just can't help themselves and have to touch it. This isn't a normal delivery. They have very specific delivery instructions and messing with holds and delivery changes will absolutely mess it up.
Well I have to fly out of town tomorrow so I dont want to sit my ass on the floor till 9pm lol.

Ordered iPhone 12 Pro 128GB Silver 3 minutes after pre-orders started last Friday. Arrives tomorrow. Yeay!

Wow I accidentally changed my package to the ups store. I thought it would show me the expected time but it just submitted. Now I cant change it back to my house. Any help??

Yeah thats not UPS' fault. Apple has an embargo on the devices. They cannot be delivered pre-launch day unless someone Fs up at UPS.

I understand that. My issue is I paid additional money for a specific time slot because that is when I am home I don't care what day they deliver as long as it is before I have to go to work.

Same situation... Not sure if this will **** up our delivery. Even though the pickup location is 4 mins away.

Their only compensation to you is refunding the confirmed delivery window fee if they can't meet it. Once that's done, you really don't have any recourse beyond that.

Either ask UPS for a refund or dispute the charge with your CC company. But knowing that the launch day is 10/23, you cannot expect it to actually be delivered on 10/21. They are legally not allowed to do that.

You have the call the help desk immediately. Your delivery won’t be ready until Monday if you hold at a UPS Store. Only hold for pickup at a UPS HUB...

LOLOL.

Nope.

You can probably get a refund, but that's all you're getting. The delivery slots are never applicable to Apple pre-orders. You may have asked that here before trying to buy a delivery 2 days earlier than the rest of the world.

Last time they paid for my time off from work. I get packages stolen all the time in my area. Several myself over the last few years has been stolen.

Also, the delivery slots are specific to the date of delivery. If UPS can't confidently estimate a 4 hour window for delivery, you won't get an option to confirm a 2 hour delivery slot.

If you paid the $8 and they aren't able to get it to you within that time, you get the $8 back.

Causing a ruckus with UPS and expecting them locate a tiny package then route a driver directly to you is, unfortunately, going to be a waste of your time.
