The main hub in the valley is on 31 Ave south of Grand... but it was greyed out on both the website and the app... had to contact @UPShelp on twitter... and even then they said it wasn't possible at first.

It depends on where you are... there are multiple CCs around the valley... some reported that Mesa was doing the hold for pickup... but that doesn't really help of you're in Peoria or Surprise.

I'm in Tempe, just trying to figure out if i'll be able to get it the morning of the 21st there or if they have to move it there then I won't be able to get it from that hub

I can hold mine at a UPS store according to UPS.com the store is an early pickup store (Usually by 8:30 AM) but when I go to have it held there it says delivery to the store would be Monday the 24th and not Friday the 21st like it says to my house.

Yea, typically redirecting it to UPS Store Access Point can delay and would be Monday instead of Friday. This is because it still has to go on truck and driver typically don't go straight to the UPS Store. They typically do their routes and usually the last stop is the UPS Store.

It's whatever Hub corresponds to your area. There is a downtown hub, a Phx one, a West Valley one and then Mesa (which is mine). Pick the one closest to your house to avoid any re-routing.

There is also Tempe unless i'm wrong....

Correct, meant to type Tempe. If you live there, choose that one if possible. It all comes to Sky Harbor then is shipped in big trucks to Hubs, then broken down from there.

You in Tempe? I changed my order for pickup at Tempe but estimated delivery 9/24. UPS support says should be able to pick up on 9/21 though.

Found where I can hold mine at the CC. It's 30 mins away so if I get there at open and the line isn't bad I can be home by 9 or 9:30 so thats still hours earlier than a delivery

Yes way earlier. I've pre ordered in the past where the phone didn't show up til like 3PM home delivery

There's a Mesa facility? I'm in Mesa but cross streets are Baseline and Alma School, so I think Tempe CC is definitely closer. I just hope it gets delivered on Friday and not Monday haha.

Have you done the reference search in table view? When did your order get in?

I have a feeling this is the flight our phones will be on! This is the same flight I tracked last year. If I’m right you should see a departure scan from China around 7AM EST, and an arrival scan in Alaska around 4 AM EST. IF my hunch is correct!
