Out for delivery...I can see all the other trucks leaving the CC beside my work yet none of them have turned in to deliver mine yet. Its like torture or something.

The UPS "Follow My Delivery" Map is VERY cool, I know Amazon has this, but never saw it on UPS before.

What made me a tad bit nuts...the truck WAS literally 3 up the street away from me, then down the street...now the truck is west near the shopping centers...lol. Oh well, it will be here by 3,

The map lets you know "On the Road," "In Your Area" and finally "Almost there"

UPS just came to my house and delivered my watch along with some stuff from Amazon. The driver did not have my phone and said he couldn't find the box. Which emoji do I use for death?

Hmm. Mine still stays Departure scan but I got an e-mail that it was ready for pick up at UPS CC. I think scanning is just delayed.

OMG, so excited! I’ve never had live tracking before. And especially grateful for it this year because my apartment building is labeled stupidly (the landlord labeled the garages, rather than the apartments above them, so UPS leaves stuff randomly in the garage, at the foot of the stairs, etc., ALL THE TIME. I wasn’t about to deal with them giving me a “addressee not home” exception and delay delivery because I wasn’t hangin’ out in the garage all day. Lol. I did put a neon green sign at the foot of the stairs asking them to come up to the actual apt at the top of the stairs for delivery, just in case. Ugh.)

Of course, now I almost wish I didn’t have this, because I’ve watched the guy go over to the shore and then drive down Gulf Blvd past my street and keep on goin’. I’m sure it’s all part of his route and all, but it was all I could do not to race out to the street and run screaming after him like a chunky kid after the ice cream truck.

Most UPS routes are setup to avoid left hand turns since statistically a lot of accidents occur making a left turn. So, that may account for the weird routes. And perhaps packages that are guaranteed arrival times getting priority.
