Well as I thought UPS screwed me. My phone incorrectly went to Ohio. Now my order says “delayed” due to incorrect sorting. For those stuck in Louisville, suggest you track using “by reference”. When I did that I got the truth as to where my phone is . Now I have no idea when it will arrive.
Unfortunately you HVE been screwed. The same thing happened with my Case. Was suppose dot arrive on Wednesday in houston, but instead was incorrectly sorted to New Mexico from Kentucky....it's now delivering today. Sorry for you loss.:(

Yeah, I saw reporting on this late yesterday. It all depends on the clearance around the camera opening.

I’ve got a Spigen case sitting here waiting. I hope it’s opening is good!
I saw similar reporting and am a little worried. There was a general assumption that X and Xs would be interchangeable. I suspect there are going to be a LOT of case returns to Amazon next week.

Small miracle - UPS is showing mine is out for delivery. Granted tracking has clearly been messed up this year but I think it’s likely the dispatch from a final station is real.

Mine is on the truck for delivery & I am able to live track the truck through my UPS account. The truck was less than a half mile away 30 minutes ago, but it's route is taking it further away from my house. I'm resisting the urge to go chase the truck down!

Of course, now I almost wish I didn’t have this, because I’ve watched the guy go over to the shore and then drive down Gulf Blvd past my street and keep on goin’. I’m sure it’s all part of his route and all, but it was all I could do not to race out to the street and run screaming after him like a chunky kid after the ice cream truck.
LOL, I love the feature but I feel your pain. The truck was a few blocks away from me, then it went towards the the shopping, mall area. The Map changed from "On the Road" to "In Your Area", but still shows its sitting in the same spot at another shopping center where a Lowes, and the UPS Store is...about 6 miles from here.

As if tracking China to Alaska to KY wasnt bad enough, now I have a much more interactive tracking map to obsess over for the next few hours.haha.

Mine landed in Sylmar, guess that is LAX, at 4:50 with Arrival scan. It stayed that way when I refreshed around 7:00 and took away Symar and replaced it with Van Nuys (which is the CC) at 6:30 arrival scan. Now it is 7:36 and I am waiting for an email to say to pick it up. Nothing as of yet. However my phone is here, waiting to be picked up and returned to Apple store.

Argh, so close yet so far. Departure scan from the airport where the flight - it's about an hour away, but it's been 3hrs since the departure scan... trying to resist the urge to check traffic reports for a UPS truck accident. :)

The UPS "Follow My Delivery" Map is VERY cool, I know Amazon has this, but never saw it on UPS before.

What made me a tad bit nuts...the truck WAS literally 3 up the street away from me, then down the street...now the truck is west near the shopping centers...lol. Oh well, it will be here by 3,

The map lets you know "On the Road," "In Your Area" and finally "Almost there"

Same here. He was within .25 Miles and then turned around and headed different directions. It seems he did the Student housing, then quite a while at a larger church, now touring the University. It seems a lot of excited students today, but not much study ...

Me!! I’m in California. And by the looks of it, I’m not sure how they’re gonna pull it off. Lol

Mine is stuck in Louisville too with an import scan of 3:33am.
I'm not buying the delayed scan excuse anymore. I'm thinking the iPhone did not make it on the 3:55am SDF-SLC flight. The Salt Lake City flight landed at 5:07am (over 3hrs ago). I should have received an updated scan by now.
I'm not getting my iPhone today... maybe not at all. I leave tomorrow morning and I'll be out of town for 3 weeks.

On that note... After the 5 day hold for pick-up by UPS, does anyone know how long it takes Apple to get the shipment back and the charge to be credited back to my CC?

beyond bummed :(

Arrival scan in UPS CC. I put a hold request for pickup. No text or email saying package is ready for pickup. Should I head to UPS CC or I have to wait?

Quick question about UPS pick up at hub. My order has a destination scan at the local hub, but I'm wondering if they notify you that it is in fact ready for pickup?
Thanks,

They do but if it’s already there they’ll be able to give it to you regardless.

I'm in Colorado Springs. Mine is still showing departure scan from KY @ 3:48AM EDT. I presume the flight made it to Denver, and the truck made it down to the Springs. In my area, I've noticed on other deliveries the local truck usually doesn't leave until around 9AM. Fingers crossed.

If it happens to miss the truck but makes it to town, I can always drive down and pick it up.

For those tracking your phones on the live map, remember that they typically do all their business deliveries first and then the do residential deliveries. I have watched my truck go from a few blocks away to now a few miles away, but I can tell that it is hitting businesses at almost every stop.

I kind of wish they didn't have this map thing... I can't stop looking at it.

So I’m working from home today, expecting the UPS guy to show up around 3 or 4PM like he always does. I check the map and he’s in the neighborhood right next to mine!

I start to have a mini-panic attack because I’m on a call trying to troubleshoot something with my boss and start wondering how I’m going to answer the door when he gets here. Then my boss says, “Gotta go, let’s cirlce back in this later”. Whew!
