Anyone else tracking their trucks online and getting this? Ill get mine for a couple minutes, then I get this screen and I have to close it and sometimes reopen the link 4 or 5 times to get it to return..... Such a cool feature, but seems kind of buggy..

I got that for about 10 minutes, then refreshed and its back showing the truck 1100 feet from meet at a business.

Picked up my Space Grey 256 GB Xs at the Apple Store this morning. I showed up at 8:35 for my 9:00 appointment, and they took me right away. I had my phone in less than 5 minutes! Set up at home from my iTunes backup was very smooth. It took about an hour to restore my 7000+ songs and all of my Apps. I'm liking the phone so far. Face ID seems to work very well. I even used Apple Pay to pay for my lunch, and that was easier than I thought it would be.

My truck too, been about a mile or so away all day, but hitting up all business places. It moved to “within area” about 30 min ago on the tracker

I have regrets. My boss came in with the max and I want that instead of the xs. Don’t know if I should just return it and order the max or hold on to it until apple gets them back in stock. Att just sold the last gold an hour ago.

UPS' tracking is horrible. It went from Departed ZhengZhou yesterday at 11 PM local time, then was back there at 12:30 AM local time. As of this morning, that's what it still said, but in the last half hour it has updated to "the package is clearing agency and awaiting final release" at 12:35 PM yesterday, and then the note that I asked them to hold it for pickup, at 2:40 PM yesterday. But it didn't show those updates until a half hour ago.

I have a message into UPS on Twitter to try to see if that means its here in the states or still sitting over there or what. So far, no response. They're usually pretty good about answering.

That is exactly what my stuff is saying... And it has been that way since yesterday

Mines has been out on delivery since 8:51am and the truck hasn't moved from the CC yet. Its 2:21pm dammit lol. Now every vehicle that goes past my voice sounds like the UPS truck in my head. CMON MAN!

Yes there is. I changed mine. Call 800 number. They’ll escalate it and call you within an hour.

I called and spoke to every department imaginable and they all said there is nothing that can be done. You were pushed back to saturday delivery too and were able to cancel a pickup request?

Lord No. I would have to say “Seeya Apple” if that was my invoice. Lol I had mine delivered to work.

Are those hairline scratches on the display???

My tracking showed the delivery guy was one street away from my house and then next time I saw it he was all the way across town.

I'm sure ill get it today but I was hoping it would be here already.

Weird, just got mine delivered at my house. Had it scheduled for pickup at a local UPS Store, but I'll take it. Fortunate that I was home when they attempted the delivery.

Now to repeat this in a couple weeks for my Nike watch.

Everyone talking about setting up as new -- new is nice, but if you have an old Apple Watch with Health Data, I think you lose it unless you do restore from backup. You also lose any game saves that weren't cloud backed up.

I slimmed down a ton of games/apps on my phone to hopefully speed up the backup/restore process today.

If you have Health on under iCloud it will sync all your health data. Even if you start fresh.

Shot in the dark to ask here but hoping someone can help, heres the scenario:

Just picked up my SG XSMax from the Apple Store on ATT NEXT
My local BestBuy has my preferred color, Gold in stock

What steps do I need to do in what order to buy the gold from BB? Or if i buy it unlocked from BB, can I bring it over to ATT Next after I return the SG phone?

Yup. I’m in Phoenix. My CC is closed on saturdays (as are most) but they are delivering to me

That is my dilemma. I am on the 12.1 beta now and don't want to lose my Apple Watch progress (I have hit all goals everyday this year). So I am stuck with either losing it all or waiting till the beta is available for the XS before migrating over to the new phone.

Health data is now backed up to iCloud. In settings go to iCloud and look for Health and make sure they’re on on both phones. The new phone will sync it.

Guess I should consider myself super lucky. I live in what some would call “the sticks” in the foothills of northern Cali. I have the live tracking. Currently tracking not only UPS but my plumber live and they just passed each other. Plumber is going to beat UPS. Lol

Damn only way I can track my driver is get in my truck and hunt his ass down!!!!!!!

Return the iPhone to the Apple store. Your At&T Next upgrade eligibility will reset shortly after, at most an hour. You can then get the phone from Best Buy.

I did this a couple years ago with the iPhone 7 Plus.

Do i reserve the unlocked gold one at BB and pay full price and then bring it to ATT next or do i have to wait for them to reset my eligibility? Thanks for answering.
