Argh, I haven’t had a chance to set mine up yet: still sealed up in the box. I have been using my Max, though: this thing is delightful!

mine says Saturday delivery have been requested and just cancelled hold for pick up... they will deliver it Saturday? Thought UPS doesn't deliver Saturday. Also, it still says hold for pick up since I've updated this morning... are they not updating the progress/status?

I had a phone that supposed to be delivered on Friday deliver on Saturday by UPS, since UPS was the one who screwed up by putting it on the wrong truck.

I saw it tonight at Best Buy, wow..yeah it is really nice! I just asked the girl for the heck of it "Do you have any in stock?" She quickly said "yes." I was stunned, so she was helping someone else about the new phones. Then she went back to double check the stock...well, the only version they had was 40mm Rose Gold. They sold out of the others today.

The junk Best Buy website said it wouldn't have stock until NEXT Friday, so I didnt even think to stop in today, if I did this morning maybe I could have landed one.

No big deal, I will get the 4 soon...somewhere

Gotcha.. the trick to putting on screen protector is to use some sort of spray (windex, soapy water, make sure its safe enough for the screen) and then used a credit card wrapped in a paper towel to squeegee it on.

Thanks for the advice because I ordered another one (for my sibling) that should be coming in a couple of days and I’ll go ahead and just pick up another screen protector tomorrow that way if ups gets here super late again with that one I can just do it from home.

Finally got movement on my package and now it says delivery on Monday... I’m very upset

Mine says delivery on Monday now too. UPS is seriously a hot ****en mess. Who leaves a grip load of phones in Kentucky all damn day?! And then goes through about import scan. They better be delivering tomorrow. They messed up.

If it doesn't show you where upgraded to Saturday delivery call them. Also tell them its and iPhone and they should bump it to Saturday

Nope. Was supposed to be delivered today, and because of some screw up by UPS, it sat in China til last night.

So far, mine still says delivery tomorrow, but I don’t see how it’s possible. I called UPS earlier and the person was of course an idiot following a script. She said “if it says it’s coming Saturday it’ll be there Saturday.” I said, “it actually was supposed to be here today…and that didn’t happen.” It’s so frustrating.

This is exactly why we opted to trade ours in now, while we can still get $175 trade-in value! 

Looking at ordering a SS watch. Did not see the option to trade in my Iwatch 3. Any help would be appreciated.
BTW My phone (SGM 256) is still in Louisville. Can’t figure out the routing to get the phone delivered to Yakima Wa..(airport YKM)

Some UPS flights don't have their flight plans filed until right before the flight. It won't show on any tracking sites until one is filed.

I called UPS and the rep said that the Oakland scan wasn't a "live scan" and it's still in Louisville to be delivered in California on Monday (originally scheduled for today).

Another rep said it's actually in California and the scan will update for Saturday delivery.

I don't know who or what to believe.

Right? I'm still holding out hope for delivery tomorrow. The other phone and watch I ordered didn't update to "out for delivery" but are in my house nonetheless. I'm hoping this is just a tracking glitch and my phone is either already in California, or will be delivered tomorrow.

Just annoyed, pre-ordered from T-Mobile and it is backordered there even though I ordered right at 12 PST.. I wanted to try my luck at getting one in an Apple store. I saw that you could schedule in store pickup in Canada but didn't see anything for the US.

Last year for the X they had a guy/gal outside the store where their line forms and I think you can check stock through them and if they have what you want they reserve it and assign you a time slot. Then you just need to cancel your order --wouldn't do it until you know they have one for you -- and contact your carrier to reset the upgrade eligibility.
I saw a similar routine at my Apple Store tonight when I went in to return a case.

I received mine at about 11am PST today. Love the XS Max.

Received my Max (LOVE the Gold and screen size) and Gold Watch at 1:00 PST. Watch is a serious upgrade from Series 1!
Love the new faces, big bright screen.

However, password for encrypted backup didn’t work (it did for my X) and I have been spending HOURS setting it up as new. Still have to redo CarPlay again. Adding podcasts, music, movies & tv shows now.

I am soooooo sorry for those of you with delayed shipments. I had a couple of scares Thursday. I am still here hoping to see that everyone got their deliveries... or will on Saturday.

Our gold Xs arrived today and Apple has done a great job with the gold finish this time around. Very impressive unit.



I compared the Series 4 gold watch to my Series 1 Rose Gold watch and they are very similar

I’m still showing a Saturday delivery BUT checked my email. This came about 3 hours ago.
