So mine went from Friday to Saturday to Monday to now showing on the truck and to be delivered by noon today. Fingers crossed UPS isn't trolling me.

On my tracking, it said that I would be getting a Saturday delivery and my phone is now in Mount Hope, ON in customs so they've changed the scheduled delivery date to unknown. It's 11AM EST now and I don't know how Saturday deliveries work but Mount Hope is like a 45 minute drive away from me. Any chance that it does actually come today? Instead of Monday, which is what they originally said?

Looks like it departed Phoenix and is headed to Gilbert... still showing Monday even though I was “upgraded” to Saturday delivery. Can’t wait to see the status excuse for not getting it today “Sorry one of our drivers had diarrhea for six hours which is why we are delivering your package Monday”.

I put a big sign on my door that I was home all day and to knock really loud!!

The Mesa CC manager told me their facility doesn’t do a ton of Saturday deliveries so there is a chance it will be early. Just hope it comes at this point.

UPS never delivered the phone yesterday. UPS still has no updates or useful information.

Contacted my credit card company and contested the $1500 charge. I can be a pain in the ass, too.

You win the customer of the year award. You do realize you’re hurting apple and not UPS right? UPS still gets paid whether your phone is delivered.

Just be honest, you had buyers remorse and this is your way of getting out. You could just return it like a normal person instead.

There is no 'again' in the attachment. That was the one and only release.

Yep. This happened to me. Try to cancel but it had already shipped, so needed to wait until I got the phone to return it. Only problem was Apple store I returned it too had no more left, so now I am waiting for the IPhone Upgrade to register the return so I can buy a new one. Of course the trade in kit is still on its way. I asked Apple and they said i had to wait 24 hours to order a new one and for the Upgrade program to register the return. Course now I am contemplating getting an XS Max over the XS. Will have to go to T-Mobile store or Best Buy to check it out.

You did this on the Apple Upgrade Program? I'm in a similar spot - I upgraded to the Max and would like to return it (having issues locally with holding LTE signal, and I put the SIM card back into my iPhone X and it's working like a champ).

I can visit an Apple Store tomorrow. When you returned the new phone, was the Apple Store able to 'revert' you back to your previous loan, payment, etc.?

I think it's right....I THINK. But man this guy has been looping all around my home since 9am, stopping at the same two shopping centers 3, 4 times. The Aerial view had him at Ross and Bed Bath and Beyond 3 times. (most likely not THAT precise) but still. It's comical to me..what can I do?

My driver honestly went up and down the street off of which my street is 5-6 times before turning onto any side streets. I kept getting my hopes up every time she’d start to go south toward my house only to scream internally when she passed it yet again.

I just looked at availability in the Dallas Fort Worth Area and most of these are available for pickup today. This is a first. Very surprising. Looks like some of us went through this preorder stress for nothing !

For those that ordered a trade-in kit. Mine still says pending shipment. Anyone else in the same boat?

Mine still says the same thing, too. I received one box for one of the watches I’m trading in several days ago but never got the other; when I called to see if they just intended me to send them in the same box, he said they only had record of one quote. I had to do the second one over again for a gift card, rather than a rebate on my CC. Oh well.

I’d give them a call if you haven’t received your trade-in kit yet, for sure.

Did you already receive the box to mail your current watch back in? We are also upgrading our watches, but we just received shipping notices on them (earlier than predicted), and we haven't received the return boxes yet. We haven't even seen a date that we have to mail them back by. My new watch is now scheduled for Monday and my husband's for Wednesday, so we were planning to mail the old ones after receiving the new ones. Just want to make sure I'm not missing something about the Apple GiveBack offer!

Not using Apple. We got better offers through 9to5Mac’s affiliate.

They say today, and it did just get an arrival scan in my city, but it’s not loaded on a truck for delivery yet. We’ll see.

Yesterday, the truck with my phone came to my neighbor's house, then drove past mine to almost a mile away, came back to my street to another house down from mine, then out of the neighborhood again, then back to my house.

Do they get paid by the mile? There's no optimization algorithm that would think that's the best way... there has to be some weirdness going on.

When I did get my phone, it was 6pm - and it was shown as "by 3pm" in the MyChoice app (and also "Almost there" for hours and hours)
