Just be honest, you had buyers remorse and this is your way of getting out. You could just return it like a normal person instead.

The general contractor (Apple) owns the problem. Just a poke in the eye. And given their cash reserves, I am sure they will survive just fine.

Holy crap!! My XS was just delivered. I was totally not expecting it since the website wasn’t updating. Glad I stayed home today!!

See..this why I'm still holding out hope. The tracking information says Monday and that it left Louisville around 4:00 Eastern. I'm hoping that the website/scans haven't been updated and it's somehow out for delivery...

Anyway, happy for all of you who've gotten your devices!!!

For those that opted for Apple GiveBack, have you received tracking information? I just looked at my FedEx app and saw that I have an incoming package from Phobio TRAFFIC 501 Airtech Parkway - Ingram Micro Mobility. I assume that is the send back kit???

I know that. But most people who used the IUP or bought connected to a carrier wanted to finance them most likely. If they can go drop $1,000 or $1,100 then that's an option but if they needed to use the financing they are stuck until theirs comes in.

Totally agree! The 44mm is so much better to use all around. I got an html email was like “wow, I can actually see this all.” It’s now like a small phone screen almost instead of a watch face. Also the Max is SO nice. Had an X - this is a serious improvement. So much screen real estate without all the bezel bloat of a plus phone!! Apple nailed it.

Apple doesn't run the Giveback program themselves it is done through another company. I just did the GiveBack program with my s3 AW i picked my S4 up in store and they are shipping the trade in kit

My shipment is so far behind schedule that it finally just left Hong Kong after supposedly clearing customs several days ago. My order was placed at midnight on preorder day and was to be delivered yesterday. Good thing UPS “upgraded” it to a Saturday delivery (the parcel isn’t even on the North American continent!).

Weird that so many people had issues. I'm guessing there was a customs hold up that wasn't expected for some of the last shipments going out. Just weird some made it and some just sat and sat.

I do still believe the delays where custom and export related rather than issues with UPS itself

Walnut Street apple had plenty! Grabbed a Lte Aluminum 44mm and a SS SG 44mm.

I woke up this morning, checked out iStockNow and all the darn Apple stores had them, of course I see this at 9:350am (store near me opens at 10). So many sold out within minutes. Just a few showed in stock..Cherry Hill NJ, Downtown Philly and another one. Stopped in a few other stores for the heck of it..nothing.

Then said to heck with it, I took a nice drive to Suburban Square, Ardmore PA, they STILL had them as of 12pm!
Had to wait in a special line, but it was cool. Texh49, the guy behind me in line drove past Walnut St store, he said the line was around the block. Incredible over 24 hours after the release.

So Im happy, I feel accomplished, my day was made.
And this thing just paired so incredibly fast...My S1 AW SS took about 15-20 minutes to pair to my new phone last night.

Delivered! UPS tracking never updated but I was able to confirm arrival in Denver this morning (snagged the local CC numbers yesterday) and the driver coordinated a time to meet. Local UPS was amazing and - because of them I didn’t have to wait until Monday. Obviously minor but fun to have it. Super impressed so far. Fits my monster hands far better than X (why I waited and had 8+).

I've resigned myself to getting it on Monday. It supposedly departed Louisville, but it probably hasn't gotten to California, much less to my local CC. Pretty bummed, but it is what it is.

Same here in Kapolei... Honolulu arrival scan at 7:40am then nothing.

Maybe no “out for delivery” scan today? I can’t imagine these packages getting “upgraded” to Saturday delivery, arriving on the UPS plane Saturday morning, and then just sitting there.

Same. Has anyone successfully done this? Mine’s stuck in Zhengzhou and it’s available in many local apple stores.

I was able to get a 256 max sg for my husband today, we will just mail back the one he ordered once it gets here.

This is similar to mine, only mine arrived in Oakland and was sent back to Louisville and is now on it's way back to California! WTF is going on with UPS?

Honk Kong is a day ahead of us. The page just displays the scans in what it thinks is chronological order. It did not go from KY back to HK.
