I ordered for in-store pickup but just realized I have a prior commitment during my check in window. Does anyone know if Apple will allow me to change it if I call and/or chat? My particular store still has the phone I ordered (XS 64 gb) available for pickup on the 21st and there is a check in time that works for me that is still available.
Track by reference didn't work for this year by any of the usual methods for me. It just showed up in UPS MyChoice on its own.
Also for those wondering why it still says PFS vs Shipped in Apple... it tends to not flip until they land in the US or clear customs, or at least that's been the usual case the last several years.
My order is still saying "Order In Progress". I called Apple and they told me that they're not seeing an issue but the only way to know for sure would be to cancel and reorder.... uh?

It seems like the systems has not been updated. It happened to me yesterday when I checked it out after some people claimed they saw their shipments. Please wait by the end of today or tomorrow.
