How do you find the tracking number? I tried the “track by reference” and nothing...

Track by reference didn't work for this year by any of the usual methods for me. It just showed up in UPS MyChoice on its own.

Also for those wondering why it still says PFS vs Shipped in Apple... it tends to not flip until they land in the US or clear customs, or at least that's been the usual case the last several years.
 
I woke up to tracking info in My UPS for my AT&T 512 gold max.

OtterBox case will be here today or tomorrow, followed by the phone on Friday!

It’s going to be a long week. :eek:

I ordered for in-store pickup but just realized I have a prior commitment during my check in window. Does anyone know if Apple will allow me to change it if I call and/or chat? My particular store still has the phone I ordered (XS 64 gb) available for pickup on the 21st and there is a check in time that works for me that is still available.
 
My Xs Gold 256gb iPhone that I ordered at 3:05am EST has made some movement even though I’m still in PFS status. By Reference Number, my iPhone is sitting in Hong Kong right now! Even though this phone is replacing my iPhone X I got last year, I’m still kind of excited!

I think its safe to say Singaporeans like me who pre-ordered the phone just got charged and its now preparing to ship. It's a little bit late but its not surprising since we are kinda close to China, and I think we have an Apple distribution center in singapore so itll take just a day or two to ship the phones out.
 
Will it work by phone number even though I bought sim free? Nothing showing up on My Choice yet
It’s not the phone number associated with the iPhone, it’s the phone number you used to place the order at Apple, normally it’s the phone number associated with your Apple ID

Is your address in the my choice account same as your order shipping address? Is your profile information same as your order shipment information?

Yes, everything is the same.. when I looked, I got a message saying “there are no deliveries scheduled for this address”

Yes, everything is the same.. when I looked, I got a message saying “there are no deliveries scheduled for this address”

I’m in the same boat. I see nothing in UPS either in My Choice or by searching by reference. Either way, nothing.
 
My order is still saying "Order In Progress". I called Apple and they told me that they're not seeing an issue but the only way to know for sure would be to cancel and reorder.... uh?


Am I screwed?

I've read in other threads that you can pick up later. I don't have personal experience... just telling you what i've read....

I would leave it alone for now. If you cancel now, you are guaranteed to get a past launch day date. It’s been the weekend, so status will probably change now that we are back to business. Good luck!
 
Doing Store Pickup on Friday. I have a question, should I increase Apple Care to include loss/Theft? I am imagining in store I should be able to do so as needed. I have never had an iPhone stolen but given the price of the phone is more than I ever spent, I am not sure if it is worth the cost.

It seems like the systems has not been updated. It happened to me yesterday when I checked it out after some people claimed they saw their shipments. Please wait by the end of today or tomorrow. Yours will be there eventually, if your phone is scheduled to be delivered on 9/21. Do not worry.
