Other Apple In-Store Pickup people...

I got my email and the status updated to Ready for Pickup here in FL :D I can’t wait to have my new Gold Xs Max <3 I am too psyched! I gotta pick it up during my lunch period!

My e-mail says that I can pick up outside of my scheduled timeframe, but I may have to wait.

Ah you’re right it’s in the email... hmm maybe I can try going earlier...

When can I pick up my items?
Simply check in with a Specialist during the selected time window. This will ensure your order is ready shortly after you arrive. If you’re unable to come in during this time window, you can still pick up your order, but waiting times may vary.

But then again, the Apple website specifies after...

In some instances, you may also be able to select a window of time to pick up your order at an Apple Store. This Check-In Window will ensure that your order is available shortly after you arrive. Just check in with a Specialist when you get to the store. If you’re unable to come in during this time window, you can pick up your order afterward, but wait times may vary.

Same here. “Logistical difficulties” was the reason listed nd it says my order is delayed. I ordered around 5am ET on pre order day. Had a pickup time of 2pm today.

My watch is ready according to a separate email, but my phone is delayed.

Is your watch and phone on the same order or did you order separately?

Both my watch and phone are not ready for pickup.
 
I received my ready for pick up email around 2am EST this morning.

I was reading about UPS delaying shipments until Monday. I didn’t think that would have affected pick up orders, but I guess it did.

Mine were on separate orders. I used the IUP for the phone, and regular payment for the watch.
 
Yes! Received my ready for pick-up "We Look Forward to Seeing You" email around 2:30 AM EST. :D

So sad to hear about there being logistical issues with in-store pick-up for others on Launch Day. It must be something Apple can't control, I have never known them to have that problem before now.
 
Yikes it’s crazy that a logistical issue happens like that. I wonder if it pushes the date all the way until Monday ornif you’ll be able to grab it tomorrow or later tonight.

Got my order ready for pick up here in FL around 3am.
 
Heading over to Tampa. iPhone, watch, cases and chargers all Ready For Pickup! Pickup window at 10, I'll get there about 9. (There's always the Tumi Store to take my money also if I don't get in early:)
 
Ordered two within minutes of preorders going live. The grey max 512 is ready for pickup. The regular XS he 512 is MIA...

Ya you won’t get any more notifications for instore pickup. Just go in at ur time. In most cases they will let you go in at 8am if ur time is at 10

I received a notification this morning that my phone was ready for pickup in my time slot.
 
This seems odd, my iPhone pickup was delayed for “logistical issues”, but my watch is already “ready for pickup”, yet my iPhone still shows my 2:00pm pickup window.

Im not really concerned. If I wait a few days it’s no big deal, but apple has odd issues like this every single year with iPhone launch day. It’s a massive logistical undertaking, but they pretty much nail it every year. For me at least.

Two separate orders for your watch and phone or are they on the same order?
 
Ordered 2 phones for pickup, minutes after orders went live last Friday;64 GB Black XS Max for myself and 64 GB Silver XS for the wife, 5:30-6 and 6-6:30 pm pickup windows, as we live about an hour and a half from the Apple Store and have to work today. Got the "logistical issues" email for my 64 GB XS Max around 3:30 am, but her phone was showing its already ready for pickup as of 6:30 am. This is all for Apple Store Northlake in Charlotte, North Carolina for reference.

I have separate orders. The odd part to me is that my iphone was delayed for "logistical reasons", but still shows the 2:00pm pickup time. My watch (separate order) was also originally set for a 2pm pickup, but shows are "ready for pickup" way ahead of time.
 
My wife and I were lucky. We walked into a 3 store (here in HK) and walked out with 2 iPhone XS Max (1 black, 1 gold)
I think they both look nice, and make my iPhone X seem really small in comparison.
 
I got the delayed email also for my 3-3:30 pickup time for MAX - in Reno NV. I hope they are just late and I can still pick it up today !
