That's surprising!Which sites were these out of interest?
See Apple still don’t have Apple Pay enabled for their site if you use the Employee discount scheme...
It was uk.gymshark.com

I think they use Shopfiy which allows Apple Pay at checkout. A few sites I've come across use it too, Keeome was another one with a similar checkout process and Folsom & Co.Thanks-just wondered who was leading the way given a lot of websites still don’t offer the functionality!
Yeah am surprised at that too...
Have any Barclaycard users got their itunes codes yet?
Has anyone used Apple Pay abroad? Specifically in Amsterdam, does it work ok? Are there many contactless terminals around the centre?

Is it just me, or do others have trouble with Applepay on the X? I double click the side button but never seem to remember that I have to use Face ID as well. Still no doubt I will get used to it.
I was in London on Monday evening and yesterday and used Apple Pay on my watch at the barriers to get from St Pancras to Stratford. All worked well on Monday night, but on Tuesday morning the card reader whinged about multiple cards being presented. Anyone else had this? Seems odd that it would work one day and not the next and not aware of having done anything different.

Just spoken to my bank, and they said that when paying Apple with Applepay though the Apple store app there is a £100 limit. If you want to pay more than £100 you must go through the main website. This apparently is an Apple thing, not a bank thing. This must be why I could not pay for an iPhone earlier this month using ApplePay.
Yes.

Prague in September 2017. Worked like a dream everywhere, using my Apple Watch.
Subway, Macdonalds, Aldi and some various restaurants, bars, other random stores etc.
Only had issue one time, a Macdonalds in the main strip which has the main restaurant underground, could have been a signal issue or maybe some other random issue. I suspect signal as I have never had Apple Pay ever fail anywhere other than that one occurrence.
My local BP has a new card terminal. The chap on the counter is under the impression it should allow >£30 for Apple Pay, I’ll report back when I get a chance to test it out.
Nope! I should mention this BP is run by Rontec. Are these the card readers where you have to use the side of the terminal for contactless/mobile payments?
I was at BP the other day topping up my Amazon account (for the free £5 credit here for anyone interested) and they had a card machine (this one I think) I'd never seen before. Wonder if this is the same as the one you saw. They used to have the terminals where the contactless reader was on the side like @iGeek2014 mentioned.Nope! I should mention this BP is run by Rontec.
