Hey guys read through alot of threads about the seminar, just wanted to know how you present the product and what would be the proper ways of saying it?

I mean when you are role playing what type of questions are the customers asking? What should you be saying? Help would be appreciated.

I had mine on the 26th of feb in bristol, didn't get through.. bummer.
Hate the whole fact of role play and having to do a group exercise.. not for me
Oh well, it's given me experience in a group interview environment..

To be honest, if the group exercise wasn't for you then the job probably wouldn't have been for you either. There's lots of times when you need to address a lot of people at once, especially when it comes to giving workshops. As unpleasant as the group exercises might be, they reflect the job quite well.

I'm just wondering, does the seminar takes place inside the store where all the product displays are? How are they gonna do the seminar when there are the customers walking around?

Seminars are done outside opening hours on the sales floor or in training rooms behind the scenes (if the store has one) or in nearby hotel meeting rooms (especially when it's a seminar for a store that hasn't been built yet)

They also have seminars in hotels for multiple stores. I went in for a seminar that was for 3 Apple stores and they asked me why I applied for store A over store B.

Apple Seminar This Saturday

I was invited to a seminar this weekend at the Apple campus and I was wondering what to expect. I am not very good at role playing but I know how to sell. Is there any past experiences out there?

Got invited to an Apple recruitment seminar. What to expect?

Applied to the local store and got invited to a seminar. What should I expect? I heard they sometimes have you work in groups to create a video, skit, or presentation of some kind. None of which I'm very good at.

I hope this is the right place for this. I received this E-Mail in on Tuesday and haven't heard anything back yet. Does anyone know or can inform on how long this process normally takes. If so how long before i hear if i have been successful/unsuccessful for the next stage of Application.

Thank you

It could be days, weeks or never at all. You're not going to hear back if they don't want to get you along to a seminar.

Birmingham Bullring and Solihull Touchwood

As said above, it could take a large amount of time. I uploaded my CV and heard nothing for a year before re-uploading it and then heard within 2 weeks.

June - September time is usually the best time to hear about jobs, especially as Birmingham is a university town with some employees graduating etc. Hold tight and hopefully you'll hear soon!

Do you have any prior retail experience on your CV?
