Downloading it on mine right now.So Apple is dropping support for all of their Intel Macs? Mine is only three years old.
Mine did, eventually, but it looks like M-series chips are the preferred architecture for updates.Downloading it on mine right now.
It'll happen but not now.So Apple is dropping support for all of their Intel Macs? Mine is only three years old.
Love the mac, always been loyal to the mac, to the point I have one that's half as powerful as a similarly priced PC...This was driving me insane! Hope it’s fixed now. 🤞
Agreed. What I end up having to do is disconnect a device that I am not using and it works. But, I paid a ton of coin for a Mac Studio Ultra, you would think they could get this to work.Love the mac, always been loyal to the mac, to the point I have one that's half as powerful as a similarly priced PC...
But I can't stand all the wireless issues with it, especially bluetooth.
Had the same problems on pretty much all the macs I owned.
The magic keyboard getting disconnected...
The magic mouse getting disconnected...
The airpods pro getting disconnected...
(however this one to a lesser degree).
I hope the recent bluetooth 5.3 equipped models improved the situation.
This snagged me more than a few times when I would type my password but didn't realize the keyboard hadn't connected.- Fixes a Bluetooth issue where keyboards connect slowly to Mac after restarting
It’s not new, defo been in since Monterey, if not before.Never seen this before View attachment 2203761

Same. I have never seen that before. I had no option to close it as described in support docs.Weird...
I had the "optimising your mac" alert for the first time.
Thankfully it went away in 5 minutes.
We weren't able to start in het recovery mode. We have erased the SSD, reinstalled 13.4 and imported the data from Time Machine. We lost a lot of time because TM wouldn't import the last data, only these from two days ago.Wonder if it has got to do with the external drive somehow. It shold work of course, but sounds like something is a miss if it also happened with the 13.3 update. Can you start into macOS Recovery?
That odd Diagnostic false positive for SD card readers for 16" MBPs (both M1/M2), the final release RC3 (build 22F66) of MacOS 13.4 was fine.@Realityck I’m abroad currently and can’t test the behaviour of Diagnostics on this release, would you be able to retest and see if the issue is furthermore present with the SD?
