Ok so I get all the normal supply chain issues, plus Covid, weather, holidays, etc.
What I don’t understand is Apples inability to offer accurate information.
1. On 12/11 ordered MBA 16/1 delivery est 11/30-12/7
2. On 12/12 ordered MBA 16/1 delivery est 12/1-12/8
3. Spoke to someone at Apple around 11/27 and was told my orders were on time and would be shipping from USA
4. On 11/30 MBA #1 changed delivery date to 12/30-1/7.
5. On 12/7 my card was charged for MBA #1 and status changed to Preparing to Ship.
6. On 12/7 MBA #2 changed delivery date to 1/5-1/12.
7. On 12/8 MBA #1 status changed to shipped. Tracking shows origin China, not USA as I was told.
8. On 12/8 card charged for MBA #2.

I’m not complaining that my orders are shipping early (late but early, LOL) but the fact that the dates given throughout have been entirely arbitrary is far less than I’d expect from Apple.
So now I’m in the tracking phase of this game with a lot of you.
