Mine does not stat if it has cleared customs, but it does state that it departed from Anchorage, AK and will be delivered by Monday, November 16. Pretty odd. :)

@Ohkujiba Yeah, my UPS tracking also hasn’t stated that the package has cleared customs either.

However, UPS is guaranteeing a November 17th delivery early afternoon.

My guess as to what flight my package is on? I think it is this one, although the departure time doesn't match up with what UPS' tracking system is showing (8:47pm vs 8:13pm on Flightaware):

Thoughts?
Just realized that my laptop isn’t on this flight because the plane has already landed in Louisville and there hasn’t been an arrival scan yet. Hmmm...

If I am not mistaking, iPhone orders went through customs at SDF airport in Louisville KY however as you can see above, my MacBook order had the customs clearance in Alaska this time.

So the question is, do they still take it to SDF or do they distribute directly to airports near final customer from Alaska this time?

My 16/8/512 MBA has flipped between “we’ll update later” to “Monday at noon” a few times. Still don’t show that it’s made it to the US. Fingers crossed for Monday, but Tuesday or Wednesday... I’ll survive. :)

Maybe, but the reason for the "date tentative" warning could also be some other reason we are not aware of. Still, the Apple Store website states a delivery date of November 18th but I do hope UPS delivers on the 16th. :)
I’m sure it’s just Apple placing a hold until the 17th. My MacBook Air just left Anchorage and is on its way to Louisville. If it were just an ordinary shipment it would arrive tomorrow (between 9:30-1:30 according to My Choice) but I’m guessing it will arrive Tuesday.

I’ve had Apple shipments clear customs in Anchorage before. Most shipments to the US and Canada go through Louisville from Anchorage.

UPS Tracking is broken for me... 7 hours ago it was showing Export Scan in Shanghai but now it only shows "Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your delivery. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city."

I see a plane going from Shanghai to Anchorage, hopefully this plane has my MacBook...

Mine has cleared customs and has departed Anchorage. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow by end of day. Air, 16GB, 1TB SSD. Ordered immediately after the event.

Same with me! I am so confused! I went from receiving the MBA on the 18th to unknown to the 16th back to unknown! I think they are just playing with me now!

Those of you with “check back for scheduled delivery” are probably at customs. That’s what happened with mine and another forum member here I’ve been talking with. Once it clears customs you will get a delivery date back.

The thing is, mine is already in Anchorage, AK and departed the facility at 8:47 PM yesterday. But, I still have no ETA.

Mine as well showed leaving Alaska BEFORE it showed up as cleared by customs. Odd I know but that’s how it was with mine and another member here.
