Finally pulled the pin! After selling my 2017 15” MBP in the summer; I’ve now ordered a MBA 8/16/512. Dates for delivery are Feb 10 - 17 which will most likely feel like an age!
Forgot to mention I ordered on 10th Jan - coming to the UK.

Great to see some movement for those who ordered early Jan! I’m hoping us in the week 2 start getting processed. Using a work 2015 Base MBA is really painful at the moment.

Further update...

Unit shipped from Shanghai to the UK on the 21/1, and still has only made it as far as Shanghai airport!

Apple have three different delivery dates for the unit - the 25/1 (web online tracker), 1/2 (despatch email) and 4/2 (iOS app)...

UPS originally said the 26/1 but now that date has vanished off the tracking and shows as a tentative date on MyChoice.

Contacted UPS who have advised the shipment has been delayed, even though there is no tracking indication of this due to a delay in receiving the commercial invoice from the sender and currently don’t have a delivery date. Apple online chat assure me there is no issue and it will arrive by the middle of their three dates!

So, who knows what is going on!!

For anyone interested, I’ve attached my current UPS tracking and maybe others are in the same boat!

Yayyyy!!! It looks like I’m a day behind you still - two “in transits” after the int’l shipment release... next stop Japan I guess! It’s great because your tracking gives me a sneak peak ahead at mine ??

Yeah that's normal. Don't worry too much, it'll show up again shortly. Same thing happened to me a month ago. You're in for such a treat when it arrives!

Anyone else in UK get a message from UPS that 'the package is delayed due to a BREXIT related disruption'? What does that mean? The package has been in Stanford-Le-Hope in UK for a couple of days now.

Not me, but mine's not even on its way yet. Sounds odd though.
Lol, if they want more money they can sing for their supper ?

Not got that one yet, but mine is currrently in Korea and reports “Due to operating reasons your package may be delayed“ and the tentative date has shifted from Tuesday to Thursday on MyChoice.

That said, to be fair (from previous experience), not much moves in the UPS UK courier network over the weekend, so if it arrived Friday, it will probably start to show movement later today for imminent delivery.

I’m pretty sure they make up these messages as they go along, as it would seem odd to be Brexit related if it has reached the UK successfully.

It got to the UK on Friday morning, and I expect it'd move to my local depot on Friday to allow for delivery on Monday, but yesterday they sent that message and changed the delivery date from Monday to Tuesday.

Fingers crossed for delivery tomorrow, I still think there is a good chance, but then I’m often wrong ?.

I think UPS are being very pessimistic with delivery dates currently, as everything that has arrived at work recently has actually been delivered one day before the originally scheduled delivery date.

Edit: At least I hope I’m wrong and UPS are being pessimistic as my delivery date has just shifted from Tuesday to Thursday as a result of flight 5X11 leaving Korea 12 hours later than normal...

Have a non Apple order from Amazon UK via UPS, and the package is heading out from the UK to EU. It's been stuck with the message "BREXIT related disruption" since 15th January. The last update was yesterday 23th January, with an update saying "the package is at the clearing agency awaiting final release", UPS has no delivery estimate ready yet, but hopefully an update on monday.

Fingers crossed you're not stuck for too long :)
