Exactly the same. The service used by UPS is ‘two business days’ so that kinda checks out.Got my delivery estimate on Apple as 8th Feb (to uk) but only cleared customs yesterday! Going to be a quick turnaround to meet that, I’m trying to manage my expectations!
edit: Still (apparently) in Shanghai
Making me hopeful here, what was your eta at order?Got my mac mini special order 16GB ram in 9 days.Order the 25 Jan receive it 4th feb. To canada.
Mine has been at “Your package is delayed at export and is awaiting release from customs. / Your package was released by the clearing agency., “. for a couple of days now. Not really sure what that means tho - so is it released or not?My MBA 512/16/8 has been cleared by customs for a couple of days now. Got a feeling it needs to go to Incheon then Cologne. Fingers crossed that the system is slow as the UPS11 flight that does this trip has already gone via Korea and is a couple of hours from Germany!
Mine was also sitting in Shanghai a couple of days initially with a Tuesday estimate, but haven’t got a scheduled date anymore.Mine has been at “Your package is delayed at export and is awaiting release from customs. / Your package was released by the clearing agency., “. for a couple of days now. It still shows as in Shanghai so no longer think it will be delivered in the UK tomorrow (Apple’s estimate) or Tuesday (UPS’ estimate) if these typically touch ~2 other countries in between?
What does yours say?
Mine was also sitting in Shanghai a couple of days initially with a Tuesday estimate, but haven’t got a scheduled date anymore.
Mine landed in Germany at 21:06 this evening and I believe UPS are then driving/shipping them to Stanford Le Hope in the U.K. They don’t appear to be flying shipments over from Germany. That’s been my cases anyway and what I’ve noticed on another thread. It's interesting that yours went to UK via UAE. I did some snooping on Flight Radar and it appears that the Shanghai-Seoul-Cologne trip is typically made in one day, on weekdays and Sundays, with arrivals to Germany in late afternoons and then the Cologne-East Midlands is done in the very early mornings on weekdays and Saturdays. Therefore, if @Sheppard's theory of slow systems is correct, there *might* still be a chance for delivery tomorrow (as per Apple's ETA) if there are weekend shifts in airports. Alternatively, if it missed today's flights to Germany, then if it goes on the flight tomorrow, it should theoretically still make UPS's ETA for Tuesday delivery.
I bet our MBA 512/16/8's are buddied up by now, @Sheppard!
Is Earth City, MO anywhere near Humansville, MO?Someone was losing their mind in Earth City, MO but so close!

BitHi everyone,
If anyone ordered any M1 Macs and want to share your order status, post below!
I live in Canada, purchased base M1 MacBook Pro + 16 GB of RAM, and comes in November 25-27th.
Order is still processing.
Anyone else?
For anyone getting a gold MBA, the matte black skin from Dbrand looks amazing on itBit the bullet today and ordered a MacBook Air - 16m, 1T in Gold.
I was going to wait for the MacBook Pro 16" but decided that for most of what I do I don't need anything that powerful. I play about with video from a GoPro a bit, that's the most horse power heavy use.
Similarly, decided the MacBook Pro 13" M1 isn't worth it. Wasn't sure about the memory but a it's not upgradeable thought I might as well max it out. Storage wise, I've got 512g on my ancient (mid-2012!) MacBook Air and occasionally run out of space mostly with video - and a 163g music library.
Delivery date is estimated to be between March 3rd and 10th, and I'm in the UK (England).

Taking a look - hope they ship to the U.K. I’ve got a BookArc stand which I hope the new MacBook Air will fit.For anyone getting a gold MBA, the matte black skin from Dbrand looks amazing on it
Annoyingly seems the USB-C to HDMI adaptor takes longer to ship than the MacBook Air Wish I'd realised that and ordered it at the same time.Bit the bullet today and ordered a MacBook Air - 16m, 1T in Gold.
