Shanghai gang update: No tracking update after UPS81 and UPS93 both landed in Louisville from Anchorage, but I spoke to UPS Customer Support over the phone to inquire about my shipment. They found some more detailed information, since there were no tracking updates in over 60 hours and no scheduled delivery date for me. You can only file a claim that a package is missing if it's been 24 hours past the delivery date and it still hasn't been delivered. The customer support representative forwarded me to their international department, who told me that my package was still in Shanghai, the estimated date for delivery was 11/27, and that the latest I'd receive my package was 11/30. I'll wait until 11/30, and then file a claim if I don't receive it by then. Now it's just time for patience.
