Include me with the Shanghai gang. I originally had a delivery date of Monday, 11/23, but now "exception" and to check back later. UPS has me at 11/20 11:24 pm - "Your package is in transit. We're updating plans to schedule your deliver. / The package will be forwarded to a UPS facility in the destination city." I think there won't be any scans until it gets to my city?

Original Delivery Est: 11/27 - 12/04
Charged CC: 11/18
Status changed to "Preparing to Ship": 11/19
Status changed to "Shipped": 11/20
Apple tracking: Arrives 11/27 (Express Delivery)
UPS tracking: Projected 11/23

Very disappointed. Shanghai flight to Anchorage was supposed to leave two hours ago, but there was no UPS departure scan or tracking update then. So we're back at square one again. We don't know if our Macs were on the first flight to Anchorage, tonight's flight to Anchorage, or whether they've even left China at all. We're blind again. Did any of you get a tracking update?

Curiously, the FlightAware for UPS81 says "scheduled" instead of showing an in progress flight.

That's my exact UPS tracking status - I ordered on the 11th, an MBP with 16GB of ram, and my original delivery estimation was 11/27-12/04. My preparing and shipped were both on the 19th, but my Apple tracking says Dec 1. UPS won't give me a projected arrival date for some reason - it just says "information unavailable." Welcome to Shanghai gang.

Thanks!! Hoping we get it soon! My tracking "Info unavailable" as well, but when I look on the UPS app and under Manage at my UPS My Choice, it shows Monday, 11/23 at the top of the tracking.

I have nothing from tracking :mad:

UPS's tracking is just broken, and I guess the "no update until delivery" may be the real case.

For me, if I look under Manage in the UPS App, it shows Friday, 11/27. I would think we would get ours on the same day, because we have the same shipping statuses and we ordered similar configs on the same day.

That was the initial date, and after "in transit" it is "rescheduled".

I hate all this uncertainty. I don't know where my package is, whether it's in Shanghai, Anchorage, Louisville, or my city, and I don't even have a scheduled date for when I'm going to receive it. I don't even know whether tonight's UPS81 from Shanghai even took off, as now both FlightAware and Flightradar24 have no data for flight UPS81.

I was hoping some of the people with December 1-8 type dates would show a charge or something by now. Looking bleak for my November 14th order.

Shanghai gang update: Although UPS did not update tracking, the UPS-81 Flight from Anchorage to Louisville has taken off. The expected landing time is not today morning, but afternoon.
