Mine too. Fedex says it shipped 11-24 and I got an email this morning from Apple saying delivery has been delayed until 12-4. Crazy.

And FU DHL for delivering to a servicepint 1 scandinavian mile away when I specifically said home delivery and when there is a service point 300 m from my house.
I ordered the same configuration and it did ship the 24th and now delivery is delayed until the 4th. Mine had shipping dates of the 25th-3rd.
I'm going to use a Belkin Thunderbolt 3 Dock-Pro in one USB-C Port along with an Aukey 10 port USB Hub in the other. Lots of storage and some wired peripherals (WebCam, Monitor, USB eLicense Key, 7 External Drives).
It'll be great going from 5 connections on my 2015 MBP to just 2 connections.
Wow I ordered on the 14th still nothing. That's a constrained configuration compared to other ones for the mbp. Does the website show preparing to ship? Or is the charge the only hint of movement?
In terms of timing you typically see preparing to ship within 24 hours of a charge, and then shipping within the next day or 2. then another 5 days for travel time.
If it's a base model you should keep refreshing for store pickup availability. I could grab a base model mbp at my store today if I wanted.
UPDATE: USPS texted me expecting a delivery by around 6 in the evening. Order status moved not one bit and card hasn't been charged yet either.

The closest store is about 70 miles away unfortunately. You are right though, I keep an eye on the store and the base model pops in for a few hours a day as "Pickup Today". I've been reeeeeal close to biting the bullet and just driving there to pick one up.
My 16/512 mini also moved to Dec 16-23. Was originally Dec 22-30. (Ordered 11/20).
I hate to burst your bubble but..
Apple doesn't ship with USPS so that can't be the Mac. You also would have to have been charged for the computer for it to be out for delivery for today.
Out of all the posts I haven't seen one person say that the apple status still said processing when their order had been picked up from the apple warehouse. I've seen some say that they got FedEx/UPS label creation notifications before the apple status changed, but not actual movement.
Given how Apple usually underestimates their shipping dates, maybe this means we'll get ours sooner. Maybe in 2-3 weeks versus the current 4. 🙏
Update from UPS 'losing' my package. Got delivered and just finished setting it up. Coming from High Sierra, there is a LOT of difference with Big Sur. Already missing the cover flow view in Finder 
Was sticking with High Sierra because I used PS CS5 and LR6 which weren't compatible beyond that. For the last year I've migrated to Affinity and Capture One, but it was nice to have the Adobe products just in case. Obviously no longer possible now. Apart from that, I haven't come across any compatibility issues yet which is good!

Ordered base MBA and base MBP yesterday evening. Picking up today in store.
MBA was the difficult one. Took me several days of checking every couple of hours before I finally saw them become available for in store pickup. Was close to simply ordering one but didn't want to wait.

It's more drive space than I need but I didn't want to wait until 12/17 for a 512GB so I splurged on this.

Shanghai is "Northern and Eastern China Mainland". That means 3 additional days for delivery. RIP.
