I ordered my mba 256/16 on the 13th. Still nothing. December 8-15.

I think the 1TB 16GB m1 mbp have been the most constrained models getting out along with the 2tb.

That being said based on your order time I would've thought you'd see movement by now, but considering the date you got so early on November 10th it sounds like it was constrained even when you checked out. Still I know the horror of endless processing, and 16 days is a long time to wait. December 3rd is about a week away and aside from Shanghai gang I haven't seen any late arrivals yet. I'm hoping for you that you see movement soon.

Did not notice you did not go with the M1, which I did. Hopefully will see movement at some point. At the very worst it should be here in 2 weeks. Patience is a virtue. 😐

I just got the exact same email. Pro 512/16GB ordered on Nov 20th. It’s suppose be my wife’s Christmas/thanks-for-birthing-my-second-child present.

Ordered on the 13th Nov.
Apple emailed me saying it shipped on 23rd Nov. The email they sent said it delivers on Dec 1 but the iOS app says it delivers Dec 11.
My card was charged on 24th Nov.
The DHL tracking number has said "Shipment information received" in Eindhoven since Nov 23rd.
 
It looks like Apple Store is down in preparation for Thanksgiving and now I cannot mindlessly refresh status page every 20 minutes :/

Why do you say that? Looks like your computer shipped yesterday via FedEx, I wouldn't worry about that, it probably just hasn't gotten it's flight yet. A lot of people have said that FedEx flights are still operational, though I'm going to look into the flight aware website myself here in a minute.

Shanghai gang seems to be exclusively UPS people that were already in Shanghai on the 20th/21st when all this happened.

I called UPS China support again, and the representative told me that she "did not get further notice" about reopening, so she could not give me a rough timeframe, but they are "actively working on it, so "please be patient." Sorry the information is not so helpful, but let's hope we can get it in one week.

Covid is gonna be an issue as I expedited I don think Apple expected so many Ac Mini Orders since it was the first gen cpu. I suspect things could get delayed till feb.

I also seem to be a part of Shanghai gang. I ordered an 8/7 16/256 MacBook Air. Ordered on the 12th, shipped 5:15pm on the 21st Shanghai time. Said it was awaiting customs clearance for 3 days, then as of 7:51pm Shanghai time on the 24th it said delayed in transit and has not updated since (almost 60 hours ago now). Apple’s site still says it’ll be delivered the 2nd and UPS estimates the 27th. Seriously hoping for an update soon.

I'm in the same boat. No status change between 20-25th, and now stuck at "Clearance in Progress" for the last 2 days:

I had hoped the "Clearance" meant it had arrived in the destination country (Canada), but I suspect it's still in a huge backlog in Shanghai :-(

You have the exact same scan times as I do so we are bundled together.

Hopefully I get fedex once mine ships ups is always late in the day compared to fedex when it comes to delivery. Still processing and no credit card charge. Wait continues. Ordered MBA basic model delivers Dec 2-9.

@Fomalhaut If you use UPS app or click "Send Updates" to send to your email, you should see more intermediate steps in between. Very likely yours is still in Shanghai.

Yeah I'm with you on that. My last 3 or 4 FedEx deliveries have been before 10:30am, the last one (which came from apple actually) was 9:45am - would love my computer to come that early. Not to mention really just not trying to mess with UPS after this whole Shanghai clusterf**k

Dec 2 - 9 seems to be cutting it close for delivery, that’s already next Tuesday. I typically have gotten the early date for delivery from Apple in the past not the later. Wonder if it will ship from somewhere in the US for delivery since that’s what country I am in 🤔 if it was coming from China would have thought It would have shipped by now to get here on Tuesday.

yeah I agree, delivery seems to be taking about 6 days when shipping from China and there aren't any delays. I have seem some people, though it was only a couple, state that it was shipping from within the US, so it is possible.
 
Ordered MBP M1 16gb/512 on 11/12. Estimated deliver 12/07-12/14. Card was charged 11/21. Received ready to ship on 11/25. Got shipped on 11/26. Apple delivery is still 12/07, Fedex delivery is 12/02. Hope fedex is under estimating and I get it sooner.
 
Hoping mine ships out soon as well if it's going to meet the 1st - 8th ETA.
Ordered two weeks ago tomorrow.
 
Anyone had your screensaver just pop up and you had to restart your computer to get rid of it?
