In one hour I have my SSG pick up. And just at this moment dhl delivered the midnight watch. It looks incredible dark in real life. I like it way better than my old space grey s5. Sh*t now I’m torn again. It looks super nice. Internet and pictures can’t show the finish correctly..

I want to restore from a backup but I have watchOS 8.0.1 in my current Apple Watch and the new Apple Watch probably has watchOS 8.0. Anybody figure out a good way of doing this?

I set it ups as new , configuration on a watch just takes a few minutes .

Stainless Steel Graphite picked up from Apple Store successfully 😁😁

Very happy with my choice, colour is very similar to the bands on graphite 13 pro, perhaps very slightly lighter.

Going to be changing to my leather loop though and using the Milanese for dressier occasions.

I’ve encountered a problem moving from old to new watch because I’m running Watch OS 8.1 beta. Despite unpairing my S6 to force a backup the most recent to restore from was 30 Sept and setting up the new has put me back to Watch OS 8.0.1

Hopefully, updating the new Watch to 8.1 beta will work as it seems the only way that the watch will unlock my phone when I have a mask on.

It’s preparing to ship. So UPS scan should be gendered over the weekend. I’m hoping to receive it by mid of next week. Fingers are crossed. Like you said earlier it would be nice to receive the ⌚️ with 💻

Im in the UK, so I don't get any UPS scans
However, if they were ready to be shipped, Id expect to get a more concrete date than a range (mine still says 27th-29th).
Part of me wonders if they have only done this so we don't cancel and try to source one locally.
